Hinata's P.O.V

At the station Kageyama, Kei and I were each put in separate rooms which wasn't great for me. I had calmed down on the way here cause I had Kei to comfort me but he wasn't here to keep me calm. I felt my chest get tight as I waited for the officer to come question me. After a minute or so he had come in. "Hey sorry for the wait, I'm officer Kiyoshi Takada," he introduced.

"Shoyo Hinata...but you probably knew that.." I said.

"It's ok, I like a good introduction," he said smiling softly at me. I nodded and smiled a little. "So you called earlier about your ex trespassing, correct?" he asked and I nodded. "Ok can you tell me exactly what happened leading up to the call?"

I took a deep breathe before speaking. "I had just put my little sister to bed after we fell asleep watching a movie....As I came back out into the lounge room to watch something else I heard someone knock at the door..." I started but then Takada cut in.

"Sorry but isn't it a school night? Wouldn't you have just gone to bed like your sister?" he asked but I shook my head.

"I'm currently not allowed at school due to mentally health issues.." I answered.

"Would you mind if you told me about that after this?" he asked and I shook my head no. "Ok you can continue the story now," he said and I nodded.

"Right...well..I heard a knock so I went to answer the door...when I opened it Kageyama was there....I tried closing the door but he stopped me....he referred to himself as my boyfriend....we broke up over a month ago though..." I said and Takada took down a few notes. "After that he just invited himself in....so I reached into my pocket.." as I said this I reached into my pocket and pulled out my panic button, "and pressed my panic button..." I said.

"Where did you get this and why?" Takada asked.

"My actual boyfriend...Kei....he gave it to me a few days ago for situations like this..." I answered.

"What do you mean when you say 'situations like this'? has something similar happened before?" Takada asked. I just nodded. "Do you mind telling me about the other times?" Takada asked. I felt tears fill my eyes as I thought back on it. "It's ok if you don't want to talk about it," he said but I shook my head.

"U-um....the first few times he just wanted to talk about getting back together and made threats if I refused...I'd make him leave...." I started before taking a second. When I was ready I began speaking again. "Things changed though when he pretended to be Kei....Sometimes Kei comes over late at night cause we can't really see each other at school with out the risk of him getting bullied like I am....but um.....somehow Kageyama found out about it....so one night he came to my window around the time Kei would....I let him in but then he revealed himself and I tried getting him to leave...he wouldn't...and then....." I paused again taking a second to myself.

"Hey, it's ok, you're safe to say whatever here," Takada said and I nodded. A few tears slipped again as I started crying.

"K-Kageyama tried to r-rape me...." I said and Takada tried not to show his surprise in his expression.

"How did you avoid the situation?" he asked and I shrugged.

"Pure luck...Kei had c-come to my window...so I knocked a v-volleyball onto the floor....making noise so Kei w-would know I was awake meaning K-Kageyama would have to leave...." I answered. Takada nodded.

"Was it after that incident when Kei gave you the panic button?" Takada asked but I shook my head.

"It was the other day when I was h-home alone....Kageyama used a key...Kei had n-not long left for practice a-after spending the day with me....he-" I started before choking on my words. I broke down and couldn't continue.

"Hey, it's ok, you don't have to continue, but I do feel the need to ask, was he successful in his attempt that night?" he asked and I nodded. Takada just nodded as he took notes down. "Would you be able to continue the first story or do you need a minute?" Takada asked.

"I..I need a minute...." I said and Takada nodded.

"I'll go question the other two boys while you calm down," he said before leaving.
