Chapter 21

Tsukishima's P.O.V

I had been alone in an interrogation room for quite a while. I couldn't help but wonder how Sho was doing. As I sat there cuffed to the table worrying about Sho and officer came in. "Good evening, I'm officer Kiyoshi Takada, you must be the boyfriend, Kei?" he asked. I slowly nodded before speaking.

"Uh yeah, Kei Tsukishima," I said.

"Right, so let's start with the panic button," Takada said getting straight to the point. "What was it that pushed you to get it?" he asked.

"Kageyama had raped Sho...I wanted to ensure it wouldn't happen again..." I answered.

"Yes but you could have done that as soon as Hinata said he was being harassed," he stated, "so what was the push?" I stayed quiet for a minute not wanting to say it out loud. "You'll only get into trouble if you don't give the information," he added and I nodded.

"I got it cause I couldn't bear the thought of losing him because of a scum bag like Kageyama...." I answered.

"Lose how?" he asked annoying me slightly cause it was a stupid question.

"Suicide...Sho tried taking his life after Kageyama raped him..." I said as a knot formed in my stomach thinking about that night.

"Right, Hinata kind of hinted at that thinking back to what he said," Takada said.

"Did he tell you Kageyama raped him..?" I asked. Takada only nodded. "Then why ask me..?" I asked.

"To confirm the story," he stated before moving on. "So Hinata presses the panic button and you what? Stopped what you were doing and ran to his aid?" Takada asked.

"That's exactly it," I said and he nodded.

"What was happening when you got to Hinata's house?" he asked.

"Wouldn't Shoyo have told you what happened already..?" I asked a little confused.

"He needed a minute to calm down," he said plainly and I only nodded. "So what was happening when you got there?"

"Well...I ran in and found Kageyama on top of Sho....Sho was trying to get Kageyama off of him but he wouldn't budge....so I ran over and pulled Kageyama off of him..." I said and he nodded.

"Then you two got into a fist fight and Hinata called the us," he said pretty much knowing the rest of the story. I nodded. "Ok then, I'm gonna need to you stay here while I go question Hinata again and then Kageyama," he said and I just nodded. After he left I laid my head on the table waiting till I could hold Sho.
