Chapter 16

Tsukishima's P.O.V

I was running to Shoyo's house, I had to make sure he was ok. As I ran an ambulance came speeding past. I decided to pay no attention to it and kept running to my desired location. As I got closer the ambulance came back into view only it was parked outside his house. I felt my heart drop as I saw paramedics rushing Sho into the back of the ambulance on a stretcher. He had bandages around his arms that had been stained red. He looked as if he was soaked from being in a body of water. I ran over fear making my blood cold and tears threatening to fall. "What happened....?" I asked my voice cracking slightly. The paramedics ignored me and climbed into the ambulance closing the doors. "What happened to him...??" I asked though they couldn't hear me. They drove off as I fell to my knee's tears now staining my cheeks. "What h-happened to my Sho...." I said breaking down into sobs.

"Hey Tsukishima...we're going to the hospital....would you like to join us....?" Shoyo's mum, Kaiya, asked. I nodded and got in the car with her and Natsu before we too rushed to the hospital. "You wanted to know what happened right....?" Kaiya asked and I nodded. She took a deep breath. A few tears slipping out at the thought of what happened. "He must have known that warm water increases blood pressure.... cause I found him past out in the b-bath with the water running and a singular but deep c-cut on each for-forearm following the vein...." she said choking back tears.

"Shoyo's going to be ok though, he always ends up being ok," Natsu said hopeful. I felt bad for her. She didn't quite understand how much danger Sho's life was in right now.

We had now been at the hospital for about an hour. We were waiting to hear something back from the doctors. Natsu had fallen asleep a while ago, myself and Kaiya however, we couldn't bring ourselves to sleep. I could feel my stomach twisting with fear. I could hear my own heartbeat. I tried to find the bright side but couldn't. The only known fact was Shoyo would more than likely die. I began crying again when I got a text from the teams group chat.

Daichi: Hey Tsukishima, how Hinata?

Suga: Is he ok? We really are sorry about everything.

I looked at the screen heart aching. I began typing as I came to accept what would most likely happen.

Tsukishima: I never got the chance to tell him you were sorry.... he's also far from ok...

Nishinoya: Why? What's happened??

Tsukishima: Shoyo's in hospital... he tried killing himself and myself, his mum and Natsu are waiting to hear from the doctors....

Asahi: Oh no... that's horrible....

Yamaguchi: Tsuki are you ok..? Are things looking good...?

Tsukishima: I'll be fine... but so far things aren't looking too good....

Daichi: I'm really sorry this has happened.... Please keep us updated on his condition...

Tsukishima: Will do..

After that I turned off my phone and went back to waiting.
