You closed your eyes and took a deep breath, releasing a great deal of stress that had built up inside your chest. Upon opening your eyes, you averted your attention back down to your phone screen.
You watched as the text message you had sent went from 'delivered' to 'opened' in a matter of seconds. Soon after, a small bubble displaying 3 dots appeared, an indication that Hange had begun typing.
They replied in an instant, as though they had been anticipating your message for a while.
