It's the last week before winter break. Yet, I still haven't confessed to h/n. I promised myself I would, but I don't know if i could even do it now.

I'm now walking to my first class of the day and I have h/n in here. "OMG! girl! are you going to confess this week?!" f/n asked me. "Um, I'm not really sure anymore." I second thought. "What? You have to! You promised yourself!"

"I know, I know, but what if he rejects me? What if our friendship ends because of me confessing? Is he still going to talk to me?"

"Oh y/n. If he rejects you, who cares! Life goes on girl! If you guys aren't friends anymore then that's on him! And if you guys don't speak a word to each anymore that's his loss! You're a fun person to hang out with!"

She's right. But I just don't want to lose him.

"Well? are you?" , she asks me looking up at me like a little kid.

"Okay! I'm going to do this!", I took a deep breathe.

"That's the spirit!", She clapped.

"Tomorrow!"

F/n's chest becomes low. "Are you serious?", she asks me with a with a bothered face while raising her eyebrow.

"Yes. Just not today." I look up at her with an apologetic face.

"Fine. But you have to get him a gift! Something that he will remember! A gift he really needs!", She spoke while putting up a finger.

I thought and thought about what h/n will like. Something he needs and will remember it.

Thinking about what he might want or need he bumps into me.

"Oh, sorry! I didn't see you there y/n. I should pay attention to what I am walking to!" he bows down to me as an apology.

"Haha it's okay! I understand!"

As he was smiling and walking away my light bulb turned on.

"I think I have the perfect idea." I said while smirking.

"Oooou, I can't wait!" She smiled.

Todays the last day of school before break. I woke up sick. I was freezing cold even though I had 3 blankets wrapping me. I look outside the window seeing students getting on the school bus. I sigh. 'Guess I'm not confessing to him this year.' ding.

my fav💗: girl! where are you?!

me 🕺: i stayed home sick.

my fav💗 : damn it! todays the last day before break! you're not confessing are you?

me 🕺: i don't think so. unless i text him. which i don't want to confess on text. i already have his gift so what's the point of doing it through text.

my fav💗: well, then you're gonna have to do it after new years. i'm sorry you're sick. i hope you feel better 💗

me🕺 : thanks, you should get to class:)

my fav💗 : okay, i'll text you after school! bye love you💗💗

me🕺 : love you too💗

me💃: well i stayed home sick.

h/n💘: aw man, i wanted to see you before winter break. i hope you feel better though:)

me💃: yeah same, thank you! you should get to class you know? before you get in trouble

h/n💘: i don't care if i get in trouble. i rather be talking to you thank talking to other people in class:/

h/n💘: plus you're the one who usually writes notes for me since i can't see very well😅.

me💃: well, you should get going and ask the teacher for a front row seat because i don't want you to get detention before winter break for being on your phone and for not writing notes😂

Tomorrow's christmas. Yet, I'm still sick. I have a runny nose, sometimes a headache, and I've been throwing up a lot. I do wash my teeth more, due to the feeling and taste I have after I vomit.

I stayed on my phone for a bit, watched a couple of youtube videos, went through my photos.

"Y/N A FRIEND HAS COME TO SEE YOU! I'M SENDING HIM UP RIGHT NOW" I heard my mom yell to me from downstairs.

'he? who's he?'

I hear footsteps coming up. Someone opens the door and there I see him.

"DAD?!"

(LMFAOO nah i'm jp)

H/N?!

"Hey.." He smiles while putting a hand to his neck.

"What are you doing here?" I ask him.

"Well since you didn't go to school on the last day before break I didn't get to give you your christmas present." He smiles softly at me.

"Oh, I- Thank you for visiting me!" I smile.

"Of course, I heard you were still sick though" His smile fades away.

"Oh yeah, but don't worry I'm not contagious or anything like that. I feel fine!"

"Well if you say so" he says while reaching something.

"Here this is for you." He hands me a box filled with stuff.

"Oh my gosh!" It has chocolates, flowers, gummies, a teddy bear, rose peddles, skin care, and some medicine for my sickness.

"Thank you so much!" I jump into his arms and hug him.

"Anything you for y/n" He smiles squinting his eyes.

"Speaking of gifts, I also got you something!" I said while standing up walking over to my desk to get his present.

"Oh y/n you really didn't have to." He said while grabbing my waist trying to stop me from walking.

"Oh, but I wanted to." I said while holding his face.

He lets go and I get his gift. I walk over and hand it to him. He squints his eyes trying to figure out it is.

"Unwrap it" I smile.

He eyes me and starts to unwrap it. His eyes widen to it is.

"Gl-Glasses?.."

"Mhm! custom made just for you! I know how you really needed them and was saving up for it since you couldn't afford them." I said while opening up the box and putting on his new glasses.

"Thank you." he begins to tear up.

I hold him in my arms letting his sob in peace and out of no where he says something I did not expect to happen.

"I love you y/n" he sniffles.

My eye widen and reaching his eyes. Letting my eyes soften I say it back.

"I love you too h/n"

"Merry christmas dear."

"Merry christmas, love" he pulls me into a kiss and we watch the snow fall from my window.
