Third Person's POV

A panic attack can render one upon the floor, the brain on overload. It is painful. It is scary. And at these times one needs the reassuring presence of someone loving, calm and stable. The chance to co-regulate with another human brain, one who is relaxed and safe, that is helped beyond measure at such times. 'Just being there' can make the most enormous difference.

It was the next morning, Namjoon was sitting on Taehyung's bed caressing his hair, a silent gesture to wake him up. Taehyung hummed and blinked a few times before opening his eyes. He winced at the pounding headache, he knew the cause of it. He had been 'habitual' to it, which Namjoon clearly doesn't appreciate. Taehyung shouldn't have been 'habitual' to this, to the panic attacks, to the pain.

Yirena, caused so much pain to the young boy that has caused a turmoil inside him, inside his brain.

Hah, What a mother!

Both Taehyung and Namjoon wondered at times, does that woman deserve to be called a mother?

Her actions or her behavior spoke clearly that she doesn't, she never did.

She is Taehyung and Namjoon's birth giver but does it seem like it?

Exactly, it never once felt like she was Taehyung's birth giver.

"Headache?" Namjoon whispered quietly and Taehyung nodded his head with a pout.

He smiled and grabbed the pill he had bought earlier for his brother and passed him a glass of lukewarm water. Taehyung sat up and gulped the pill, he knew Namjoon was going to ask him what happened and what was the cause of it this time. He was also aware that Namjoon would have known who was at fault.

"Better?" He asked and Taehyung gave a small nod.

"So-"

"I know what you are going to ask" Taehyung interrupted.

"Well, go ahead then, tell me" Namjoon asked.

Taehyung took a breath he didn't know he was holding.

"I got accepted by the Entertainment Company I auditioned for" He looked at Namjoon as he said that and he could see the glow in his hyung's face at the news.

"Mom found the letter and came up to me with it, telling me stuff-"

"Taehyung-ah, you are going to continue with this path right?" Namjoon voiced out as if he knew what was going on in Taehyung's mind.

"N-No hyung, I am not going to continue"

"Taehyung!!" Namjoon's voice was warning, tense and sharp.

"Don't tell me you are going to listen to her now"

"Hyung-"

"No, don't! Taehyung-ah, you are 20 now and she doesn't have any control over you. You won't drop all your talent and efforts just because of her, you hear me?"
