I woke up to Mat staring down at me with loving eyes as he ran his fingers through my curly hair. He smiled as soon as he saw my eyes open, greeting me good morning. His arms were wrapped around my waist tightly and our chests were pressed against one another. We were both facing each other, extremely close; close to the point where I could move a couple inches and his lips would be touching mine.
"Good morning, love," he said softly, his voice slightly raspy from just waking up.
I blushed, that was so sexy and sweet. I love his morning voice.
"Good morning," I whispered back, looking him in the eyes.
His hands rested on the sides of my hips and my stomach filled with butterflies from it.
"You ready to get up for classes? I start the same time as you today," he said, starting to stand up.
He stood up oddly quickly, like he wanted to get away from me. It stung a bit but I ignored it, he probably doesn't wanna be late for classes. We untwined and I frowned at the sudden loss of contact. I wish we could have stayed like that all day. He excused himself to his bedroom while I fixed myself up in the bathroom.
I looked at myself in the mirror and tried to resist a large smile. I've never been more happy and I think that things are starting to look up with him. My feelings for Mat were growing by the second and if he kept this up, I would be head over heels for him in no time.
We both got ready quickly and got our supplies together. I locked the door as Mat stood, waiting for me. I turned around and he smiled at me before grabbing my hand, entwining our fingers together. I blushed heavily as I looked at the floor, my insides feeling warm.
We wait for the elevator. My heart skipped a couple beats as Mat began to caress my hand with his thumb softly. I leaned my head on his shoulder as we waited for the elevator. It shortly arrived and sadly I had to take my head away. We soon arrives at the bottom floor and took off towards our university, hand in hand.

"See you later today," he frowned as he said goodbye.
"See you," I blushed softly as I smiled at him.
He left a quick kiss on my cheek as he cheekily smiled. He turned around and rounded the corner, disappearing from my sight. I stood in shock as I held my cheek. This was too good to be true, right?

"Page eight for tonight's homework!" the professor shouted as the entire class clambered out the room.
I sighed as I was finally glad school was finished. I hadn't seen Mat all day and I was longing for his presence and touch. It was crazy that I felt like this about him and we weren't even dating. I didn't know where to look for him so I just took off and made my way home. It was weird, I still didn't have his number. I would have to ask for it when he got home.
After about a 15 minute walk, I managed to get home and upstairs. I threw my backpack aside and plopped down on the couch. I would do my homework later, I decided. I didn't have much, only a few pages from literature and mathematics. I just decided I would lay down and watch movies for a while.

It was already nearing ten in the night and Mat hadn't shown up. I was getting a bit anxious, to be honest, but yet again he's a grown man and can do whatever he wants. I was hungry so I quickly made a sandwich and ate it.
I sat alone at the kitchen counter, sadly chewing on my simple cheese and ham sandwich. It was dry and seemed to mimicked my mood. I missed Mat a lot, for some reason. I really enjoyed cuddling him last night and I wanted us to do all the cute stuff together. I wanted to stay up with him, talking about old stories and getting know him better. I wanted to laugh and cuddle with him, I wanted to do so much.
