Magic and Lucas

Although she wanted to meet the other characters she stayed hidden and practices her skills in private. Little did she know that the magician she oh so desperately wanted to meet had awakened due to her magical force.

When Lucas woke up from his very long slumber he was surprised, the thing that woke him up was a large influx of magic entering the world. He knew for a fact that it couldn't have been a baby's power, and it couldn't have exploded it as it did into this world. Lucas decided to go out and look for the magic and the person responsible after he got some food in his stomach though.

Asia sighed as she sat down on the ground, it was getting dark outside and Lily was bound to be looking for her soon. She had been practicing with her sword all day and seemed to have finally found a balanced sword. As she was in the body of a now ten-year-old she decided to not have any patience and immediately go and test the sword out after she got it that morning. How she got the sword was a funny story really. When she was learning about all the technology of the world she found that magic swords existed, having the ability to allow the wielder to channel magic power into the sword.

Magic was classified into multiple categories of elements:

Wind

Water

Fire

Earth

Each with other sub-elements such as lightning, gravity, sound, ice, and metal.

Although the average person only had one or two affinities, Asia being Asia had all affinities. The Gods needed to give her a buffer somewhere.

Even though Asia was magically seemingly over-powered, it takes a lot of stamina to use these powers. Asia's current body was not exactly the most athletic, the former occupant barely exercised and sat in a chair studying most of the time. As Asia very well knows, paperwork is the bain of ones' life. So although continuing her studies decided to focus on her physical abilities at the moment. Let's just say that Lily was only a little confused was an understatement. Athanasia went from a shy, studious, homebody to Asia an outgoing, well-rounded athlete, adventurous kid, overnight. To make it seem less suspicious Asia told Lily she was doing it to surprise and impress the Emperor.

As Asia was sitting down on the ground in her "training area" she heard a rustle in the bushes. She saw movement and then red eyes, she immediately stood up.

"Who goes there?" Asia raised her magic sword in the direction of the ruby-eyed person.

"No need to get upset, I come in peace. I am Lucas the magician of the Black tower." Asia's eyes widened a magician, and one from the black tower.

" How can I be so sure, the Black Tower magician hasn't been seen in centuries."

" Centuries? I don't think I slept for that long! Tell me who is the current emperor is princess."

" The current emperor is Claude De Alger Obelia, I am Athanasia De Alger Obelia. Why don't you come back with me to my palace dinner is about to be served."

'If this really was the magician then he would a perfect teacher.' Thought Asia.

" Alright, I guess I will come along..."

When Asia walked in with Lucas that night Lily could have sworn she had a heart attack.

"Who was this man!?" That was what she thought.

After having dinner and getting to know each other Asia asked Lucas if he could teach her magic.

"As long as I keep on getting these cookies, I do not care." And that was how Asia gained not only a teacher but, a cookie hoarder as well. Thank God for Lily's cookies. Honestly, Lucas was curious about the course of the mana explosion those months ago, now he can figure out just who this girl is and cookies. Unknown to Asia who was oblivious, the guards around the Ruby Palace started to notice the little warrior in the making.
