No. This can't be real.

Why is Baji lying down unconscious? Why is he bleeding so much?

It's too much for your eyes to take. Your whole body feels numb just at the mere sight of it. You can't feel, you can't move, you can't even catch a breath. You just can't.

"Baji...?", you whisper under your breath, unconsciously.

You run over to the top of the cars where Baji's lying down, and rest his head on your lap.

His eyes aren't looking up to meet yours. There's no expression on his face of any sort. He's just quietly lying down on your lap, completely unmoving, as if he wants to stay that way.

"I'm so sorry...I-I should've...I should've come with you...", you whisper in his ears, while trying to control your unavoidable sobbing.

But Baji's so unresponsive. He isn't saying anything back. He's not comforting you with that deep, calming voice of his, assuring you that it's going to be fine.

Minutes go by. Each and every drop coming out from your eyes triggers something within you. Your tears could fill up the whole place to the brim, if you didn't tell yourself to stop.

"Who did this?", you ask in a low voice.

Nothing but pure silence and fear arouses amongst everyone.

"Who did this to Baji?", you ask again, pressuring your tone even more.

"It was...Kazutora...", you hear Chifuyu quietly answer from behind.

Kazutora?

Your eyes widen in shock; not at hearing Kazutora's name for being the one to backstab Baji but at the thought that he even dared to do so.

Especially after everything that Baji was willing to do for him.

"Kazutora...", you stand up as you take his name in raging fury.

You turn around and slowly walk down the pile of cars. Everyone moves out of your way as they watch you coming down, in fear of the worst to take place before them.

But your eyes are only focused on Kazutora at the moment.

You can hear him blurting out a bunch of nonsense to himself, making you even angrier. "It's all Baji's fault...it's all his fault...", you hear Kazutora talking to himself.

He can't be serious. He isn't, clearly.

"It's so easy for you, isn't it? To attack people whenever you feel like it. To take their lives for granted. To put the blame on them when they would've risked their own lives for you. Tell me, how do you do it?", you speak in a low tone, making sure each and every word rings a bell in his ear.

You pick him up by his collar, positioning his body a few inches away from you. He catches a glimpse at your eyes, refusing to break contact with his.

"Have you ever noticed that every time, how it's the people who've lost them hurt the most?", you speak again, causing him to shiver at the words.

"I'll show you how, Kazutora."

His eyes dilate, as he realizes what is about to happen.

You grip onto his collar even tighter and throw him across the surface with all the strength and power you could possibly give in, making him fly all the way over to the other side. He remains still, lying face down on the ground. You walk over to him and stand before his motionless body. You firmly grasp the back of his head and start punching the hell out of his visibly swollen face.
