Chapter # 21

"It's time to leave Taehyung and Jungkook", Hoseok voice came from outside of the door. Their heart sanked upon hearing those words. If they have heard this sentence when they first accidentally arrived here then they would have been jumping in happiness and relief. But now after spending so much time together, knowing about each other and understanding each other, these words of departure hurts. It hurts so bad that they felt the ache on their heart.

They both rose from bed silently but the shuffling sound of sheets was enough for Hoseok to know that they are up too. After twenty minutes, Jungkook and Taehyung joined the breakfast table which was way too silent compare to the other days. Taehyung exhaled a long sigh that he was holding and sat beside Jimin. Jungkook then sat besides Taehyung. They all were munching on their food silently. No words, no jokes were exchanged.

After what feels like eternity, Jin broke the ice. "Mann we are finally going to our home huhh". His words made everyone sigh. Some in sadness others in fustration because they got too attached to this temporary place. The place they hated when they first arrived. The place, that changed them both as a human and as a wizard. The place, that taught them what true friendship and bonding means. Now when they had this bond and friendship and when they want to spend more time together, explore new things together, enjoy together, unfortunately the time is running out for them.

They can't stay here any longer. They won't be waking up together in the same bed. They won't be joining each other for eating or enjoying their little gatherings. Because now they will be separated by the houses. By the buildings and by the separate dorm rooms. Hell some of them will be totally parted because of the exact opposite of house like Jungkook and Taehyung. They will meet each other in classes or in arena only to fight each other not fighting alongside each other.

It hurts knowing that when they found a perfect partner for each other, they are separated because of houses. All their trains of thought broke when Suga spoke to answer Jin, "I was telling you before. Fuck the school and let's stay here. We will be alright as long as we got each other". Namjoon chuckled hearing his answer. "Didn't you heard Zoe before. She said it's not a capsule for our picnic and we need to go back to our realm since we are the only one who could actually save the school and people there".

"Bro I don't want to be a super hero", Hoseok grumped. But then his eyes opened wider as a grin took over his lips. Jimin rose his brow in question and then Hoseok whispered, "What if we show our puppy eyes to Zoe and tell her that his brother doesn't want to stay away from her. Then maybe we can sta—

"—Don't even think about it", Zoe voice echoed. "Even if he is my brother but now I'm a host first and everyone's lives matter. You all completed your training here. Now go back to your world and maybe someday I'll invite you back here". All of their ears perked up when she mentioned the last part. "REALLY?", Jin, Hoseok, Suga and Jimin almost shouted. And she said a small 'Yeah'. They then once again started eating and when they were done, Zoe told them to bring their robes and wands from their rooms.

When Taehyung and Jungkook came back to their room, they both wanted to talk out but couldn't because they were hesitant. Then with a deep breath, they both called out each other at the same time.

"Tae".

"Gguk".

They both gave a shy smile.

"You go first".

"You go first".

Yet again they said in unison. Jungkook giggled and Taehyung showed him his boxy smile. "Okay then I will go first", Jungkook informed. Taehyung nodded his head in approval to tell him to continue. "So the time here with you was quite amazing. I got the chance to know you and to see you as a different person. I—". He stopped. Part of his brain was saying 'I fell in love with you and I want to kiss you one last time and I  hope that you feel the same'. But of course those words never came out of his mouth. He didn't realized that he was staring at Taehyung but when Taehyung tilted his head a little, he snapped out of his dreamy world.
