Fusion Hearts Precure! Chapter 1

Chapter 1: New Generation. New Precure is Born

               In Japan, a large army of evil monsters called Fusions came back attacking the humans to bring fear and despair then convert into power energy for their powerful leader of an organization called Neo Fusion Empire: Velgar the Ruler of Shadows. The only ones who can stop them are the legendary warriors called the Pretty Cures (Precures for short). A fierce battle between good and evil; over 70 Precures (From Futari wa Precure to Delicious Party♡Precure + Cure Echo) against dozens of fusions. Their battle was so intense and they just kept on fighting till the bitter end. As Velgar didn't give in and more Fusions kept on coming, all the precures gathered up together and used most of their powers to wipe them out with one blow. The blast is so powerful, all the Fusions were destroyed but Velgar barely escaped but he's in a terrible condition as his body is horribly damaged. Even though the Precures succeeded in their valiant victory against Velgar and the Fusions, most of their powers were almost fully drained, and so weak they can hardly transform to their Precure forms again. After all their efforts, it is for the best, as long as evil never strikes again. However, one year later, Velgar returns with a new army to seek his revenge against the Precures. When darkness arises again, a glimpse of light a new group of Precures will rise up to face them. At Pokapoka Town, a girl named Ichigou Momoka is preparing her first day of school with her best friend Tachibana Kira. But as she grabs her backpack, two cards drop on the window; a card with a picture of Cure Whip and the other card with a picture of Cure Miracle. She has no idea where those cards came from, she just put it in her pocket and went to school anyway. At the top of the roof, a man in a hood is hoping that the cards he gave to her is the one he's looking for in the upcoming battle. At the lair of the Neo Fusion Empire, Velgar is still under recovery in the restoration chamber from his last battle against the Precures. So while he's still recovering, Velgar has to send out his henchmen: Jazper, Horace, and Urzula to gather fear and despair for a quick recovery. At Pokapoka Town High, both Momoka and Kira introduced themselves as they're the new student freshmen. During lunch break, Momoka is starting to wonder why she has Cure Miracle and Cure Whip cards and Kira doesn't have any idea how or why. As the school bell rings for dismissal, Momoka and Kira are about to head home until they hear a girl skipping with a particularly familiar voice saying: "Whip. Step. Jump", it's Usami Ichika (as Cure Whip). As they both passed each other, Ichika suddenly felt something from Momoka. From above, Asahina Mirai (as Cure Miracle) also sensed something, as she flew in her magic broom but she's not so sure where it came from.

               Meanwhile, Jazper and Horace are having trouble from Urzula's shop-a-holic behavior. Once she had enough fun, Urzula summoned a Fusion Kaiju with their summoning item called the Fusion Rizer; Urzula summoned the Fusion Kaiju with the combined monsters between Noir and Yokubaru. The Fusion Kaiju wreaks havoc on the marketplace and gathers some fear and despair energy from the people they are terrified of. As it kept on going, Ichika jumped in and immediately transformed to Cure Whip to stop the Fusion Kaiju as best as she could. Despite her effort, Cure Whip quickly changed back to Ichika as she doesn't have enough power to stop it. Momoka and Kira went to the scene and spotted Ichika in trouble against the Fusion Kaiju, then Momoka jumped into action to protect Ichika. But as the Fusion Kaiju is about to smash them both and Mirai was too late to help, a barrier suddenly appears right in front of them and the cards are starting to glow inside her pocket. Ichika was surprised that Momoka is about to fulfill her destiny, then a hooded man jumps in and gives her the transformation item called the Hearty Fusion Pact; Momoka doesn't understand but gives it a try anyway. She opens the Hearty Fusion Pact and slides both Cure Miracle and Cure Whip cards and shouted: "Lets Go! Precure! Fusion Heart!". Momoka twirls and jumps as the both powers from Cure Miracle and Cure Whip unite to her and transforms into Cure Rosa: "Pink Heart of Love and Happiness. KirakiraMahou! Cure Rosa!". Both Ichika and Kira were now gazed at Cure Rosa, as the first new born Precure is going to face the Fusion Kaiju. Momoka was also amazed that she has now become a Precure. While she is still amazed by her transformation, the Fusion Kaiju is starting to attack, then suddenly, the monster magically stops with the help of Mirai's magic, despite without transforming her precure form. But as her magic is weak, the Fusion Kaiju broke free and continued attacking Cure Rosa. She jumps high in the air, so high, she can barely see the whole town, then she crashes down to the ground at the playground. Cure Rosa hurts her butt from the crash but she's barely unharmed then, the Fusion Kaiju just arrived to continue the fight. Cure Rosa kept on dodging as she had no idea how to fight back until Ichika told her to punch the Fusion Kaiju in the face; she turned around and punched the Fusion Kaiju in the face and it crashed on the wall. Cure Rosa was quite impressed how strong she was as a Precure; Ichika told her to purify the Fusion Kaiju but she didn't know how until two items were summoned in her hands; the Candy Rod from Cure Whip and the Linkle Stick from Cure Miracle. She had no idea what to do until she suddenly remembered how; she combined the Candy Rod and the Linkle Stick together into Linkle Rod. She charged it up and used her special attack: "Rosa Diamond A la Mode Shoot!". After the Fusion Kaiju got purified, Cure Rosa was exhausted and changed back to Momoka; Urzula and her thugs were disappointed yet he was quite surprised that a new Precure was born and retreated. As the sun sets down, Ichika and Mirai give Momoka good luck for using their powers as a new Precure thus far, then leave by saying "goodbye". After they left, Kira was still surprised that her new friend became a Precure for the first time. Momoka slowly understood that she may be the new Precure, she still had a long way to go as she needs to learn her powers more. As they both walk home together, Kira showed Momoka that she has Cure Lemonade card and Cure Peace card on the same day Momoka had Cure Miracle and Cure Whip cards. Momoka was surprised that Kira has the PreCure Heart Cards too, but she doesn't have the Hearty Fusion Pact yet though.

               Even if she has the PreCure Heart Cards, it would mean that she was chosen to be a Precure. Momoka and Kira had PreCure Heart Cards but Kira doesn't have the Hearty Fusion Pact yet; but there are several girls who had PreCure Heart Cards as well, whose identities were not revealed yet. Since Momoka is the first new Precure, she will gather her team and figure out what the mission is as a Precure. At Kira's house, she just arrived home while her mother was just serving dinner. Her father hasn't come back home from work yet, so they both eat their dinner tonight while Kira talks to her mother about her friend Momoka; Kira wanted to talk about what happened a while ago but she has to keep it a secret from not exploiting Momoka's Precure identity. After they had their dinner, Kira went upstairs to her room right after her father just arrived home. At her room, Kira kept staring at her PreCure Heart Cards and starting to think if she is worthy to be a Precure like Momoka. Besides Kira, there are other girls also starting to stare at their own PreCure Heart Cards but instead, they had no idea where the cards came from. Back at Momoka's house, at her room, Momoka is surprised yet a bit confused about what's being a Precure. As she takes a look at her Hearty Fusion Pact, it starts to glow and pops out a pink fairy from her pact then gets headbutted at Momoka. As they both recovered from their concussion, the fairy introduced herself as Pinky the Pink Fairy while Momoka introduced herself as well. When they are both introduced and get to know each other a little bit, Momoka starts to ask questions about being a Precure and what is the mission. Pinky explains to Momoka that Velgar returns to turn her world to gather fear and despair once again to become a powerful being in the world. Velgar and the Neo Fusion Empire were defeated by the Precures, but they lost most of their powers in the process. However their powers were being retrieved and recovered by Gai and he converted the Precure powers into cards called the PreCure Heart Cards; he recovered the Precure powers back because he knew that the Neo Fusion Empire might return to continue where they left off. During his mission converting the Precure powers, he was intervened by Urzula, Jazper, and Horace. As they manage to take some of the cards, Gai scatters the remaining cards to the selective girls before he disappears to escape from their grasp. And that's why both Momoka and Kira have the PreCure Heart Cards of their own. The Hearty Fusion Pact will appear to them by Gai when they are ready enough to be a Precure. There was no turning back as Gai chose them by luck and those cards had their DNA identification implanted already. If the cards already implanted her DNA, she can only use Pink Precure cards; it means that Kira can only use the Yellow Precure cards. Now that Momoka slowly understands the situation, she will do her best as the first new Precure to gather and recover the rest of PreCure Heart Cards from the Neo Fusion Empire and use those cards to protect the world and stop Velgar and his goons from gathering fear and despair to rule. As long as she has the cards and her pact to transform into a Precure, Momoka will gather the PreCure Heart Cards, find the girls that have the PreCure Heart Cards, and form the team to fight against the Neo Fusion Empire together. Her chapter as a Precure has just begun. At the hidden chamber from the Neo Fusion Empire's lair, Velgar was severely injured from the war between the Precures and is still recovering in a deep sleep in a recovery room. Once they gather enough fear and despair from the humans, Velgar will surely return and get his revenge on the Precures. However, his goons will have to gather more for him, at the same time, they have to sort it out against the new Precure on the horizon. And so, the Fusion Hearts Precure story is about to begin.
