"Sleep with me"

"EXCUSE ME?!"

Valerie can't believe what she is hearing first time meet...already SLEEP?!!

"Wait! Wait wait!! Sleep?! But we just met!!"

She stood up while yelling. Mikey's eyebrows furrowed clearly not getting why do you need to yell and what is wrong with what he said.

Seeing his expression Val is sweating bullets from where she's standing. But this is wrong sleeping with him already is not a good sign, you two are supposed to know each other first!!!

Not that she doesn't like this person even though he's beautiful this is still the first time they met and this is gonna be her first intimate relationship!!

"Don't yell. It's irritating."

"But!-"

"Shushh"

Mikey still not getting what he said wrong he decided to tell her again.

"Just sleep with me."

"A BIG NOOOO!!"

Val gathering her courage to yell and say what's on her mind despite this 'Mikey' person keeps saying "sleep with me" she has the right to oppose. Mikey is still too stubborn and didn't like what she said stood up and yelled.

"I SAID JUST SLEEP WITH ME!! WHAT'S WRONG WITH THAT?! COME HERE!!"

Dragging Valerie to the bed room by force he threw her gently to the king-sized bed. Getting on top of her Mikey caged Val, holding her wrists. She tried flailing but it's no use he's too strong and his emotions is a bit unstable due to lack of sleep.

"Sir Mikey....this is...wrong"

"SHUT UP!! DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY HOURS I SLEPT BECAUSE OF YOU?! FINDING YOU WASN'T EASY EITHER!! I JUST WANT TO SLEEP WHAT'S WRONG WITH THAT?!!"

"You didn't....sleep sir?"

Not interested in answering he got off Valerie and layed beside her.

Val gets it now. He just wants to sleep...like sleep sleep as in like resting. If only she could punch herself right now.

'Silly me..I've read too much romance novels and Mangas that the word 'sleep' meant another thing to me.'

'Stupid me'

The eyebags explains a lot.

She sat up slowly and removed her socks and black jacket which shows her tight light blue long sleeve shirt. She's wearing a black glove on her right hand. Of course Val is wearing black baggy pants that only above her knee. Sano Manjiro just watched her layed beside him after removing some of her clothes.

She was just staring at the ceiling while Manjiro moved again close to her side. Feeling the tiredness she slowly closed her eyes not minding the person beside her.

'She's asleep'

He looked at his left hand and then at her.

'What I felt on her right hand is...'

Mikey took her left hand. It felt soft.

'Since she's asleep I'll just hold her hand right now.'

Mikey doesn't understand why he snapped earlier, maybe because due to lack of sleep. He can't understand why his chest throbbed when Valerie yelled earlier and why he felt possessive of her.

'I just want to ask you a question but I didn’t get the chance'

He squeezed her left hand and stare at her side view. His eyes are getting heavy and without him knowing he fell asleep.

Meanwhile.....

Takeomi and Sanzu were left at the Bonten building. He was getting dizzy because of sanzu's pacing left and right.

'This is a problem. He's high again'

"Boss hasn't contacted us yet! Do you really not know where he is?!!"

"Just let him be. He's already 26 turning 27..Mikey can take care of himself"

The usual routine was.. no matter where Mikey goes he always leaves a message to Takeomi when or where he goes but this time nothing was left. Sanzu always waits and guards Mikey home.

"Just rest you little shit he will comeback tomorrow for sure."

Because he's high..Sanzu felt irritated.

"TELL THAT TO YOURSELF OLD MAN!! GO HOME AND REST!!"

"SHUT IT YOU SHIT!!!"

Since they're siblings this is normal for them though it will not be if guns were raised to each other.
