I was busy writing future chapters of this fanfic when I checked the reads it's on 1K!!!

this update was supposed to be one of the chapters I'm supposed to publish on or after Christmas 🎄  but as a thank you I'll give you this!! I'm working on scenes that I don't know how to write yet (you guys probably know what those are 😏😏).

A question to the readers:

Is the story going too fast?

Because in my head it is! If it does, do tell me so I can add more scenes that I love to write. It's not that too adult of a scene but I'll hold back as much as I can!

How did Sano Manjiro met Valerie?

Where did Mikey first meet Val?

Valerie was working at a café as a barista in training at that time when Mikey was just wondering around and got hungry. He didn't like coffee but they serve sweets so it doesn't matter.

'I'm hungry'

He went in and got in line.

When it was his turn, he ordered a slice of cake for each of the flavor he chooses. That is with cola and water since he will get sick with all of the sweets.

"I'll get this....that....and that as well"

Of course he handed his black card. People talk and can't believe what they saw he just glared back at the unwanted attention he's receiving.

Mikey was at the last slice of the cake when the customers slowly got lesser since it was rush hour when he ordered. He noticed that there is a single worker who keeps turning and moving a succulent plant from side to side, clearly not satisfied yet she put on the center.

Then she had that "victory" smile.

'What a weird woman'

"Val! Can you be at the register for a minute?"

"Hai!!"

And that is how the café became his past time place and kept seeing the weird woman who arranges the plants outside and inside the place. At that time his hair was longer and dyed in black to hide his neck tattoo.

"Here you go..this and that..hope you have a good time sir"

There are times the weird woman serves him since he orders many sweets. It continued for months and eventually he got to know her name and that is "Valerie".
