Sebastian, Majesty, and Ciel attend the Frozen Fair, which is held on the River Thames in winter. Also at the fair is Elizabeth and her attendant, Paula, who are there looking for a birthday present for Ciel. Tim's former pursuers are seen standing over the fair, commenting that the ring must have fallen into the river with his body.
"Ooooo! CAN I GET MYSELF SOMETHING?!?!" Majesty jumped up and down energetically.
"Get as you please." Ciel hands Majesty an small bag of money.
"YAYY!" Majesty ran off but slips.
"Ow..." Majesty heart rate quickened as she felt the horrible pain as she heard cracks around her too.
Majesty started panicking til Sebastian picks her up and place her on her feet.
"M-Maybe I'll just go with you and see what I like." Majesty changed her mind as Ciel sighed and they went to work.
Fred Abberline reveals to Ciel that a man's corpse was found under the river and that he had stolen an extremely valuable ring. Lau overhears their conversation and comments on the diamond, but then reveals he knows nothing about it. Ciel tells him that the Shard of Hope comes from the Hope Diamond and that there are two in the world.
Majesty is just standing pouting bored as hell.
They travel to see Undertaker, who apparently set up a shop on the ice due to the high fatalities from frostbite. He shows that the ring has been incorporated into an ice statue. However, before it can be removed, the judges of an ice sculpture contest stop him, saying the statue will be given to the winner.
"UNDERTAKER!!!" Majesty jumps on Undertaker who hugs her.
"MAJESTY!!" Undertaker laughs.
"Why are your hands empty?" Undertaker chuckles swinging back and forth letting Majesty go.
"Well, Ciel wouldn't let me go anywhere." Majesty lied as Ciel jumped angrily.
"WHAT!? YOU WERE THE ONE WHO SLIPPED AND GOT SCARED!!!" Ciel points out as Majesty gasps dramatically as she hugged Undertaker crying.
"Look at how he is lying and how he is cornering me!" Majesty fakes sobbing on Undertaker who took Her side.
"How about you help me here? You know with fatalities from frostbite, we can "cure" them!" Undertaker offered as Majesty looks at Ciel and turned her head angrily.
"OFC!!" Majesty chuckled as Ciel rolled his eyes and left while Majesty stayed.
With Ciel
Ciel agrees that he will win it in a contest, and Fred mistakenly spills the information that the ring is evidence for a string of kidnappings. Ciel orders Sebastian to enter the contest and win. They find that the Irish men responsible for the theft of the ring, Lau and Fred also enter.
the reason for Elizabeth's insistence at finding a present for Ciel is that she still feels terribly guilty over breaking his beloved family ring. She finds a Noah's Ark similar to the one they played with as kids.
Sebastian makes an excellent recreation of Noah's Ark. When it is clear that Sebastian will win, the thieves strap a bomb to the leader and threaten the fair-goers. When Ciel calls his bluff, the boss begins throwing dynamite around, but all it does is shatter the ice, pulling them down into the river. The audience is shocked when Sebastian and Ciel appear on the Ark. Ciel, still on the ark, then complains that Sebastian's method of resolving the problem was violent.
The sculpture then sinks to the bottom of the river as Ciel says that the Hope piece will sleep at the bottom of the Thames.
However, the thieves survive the explosion, and Fred pulls them out of the river before they freeze to death.
With Majesty
"Undertaker, you heard that?" Majesty said looking where the sound came from.
"Undertaker?" Majesty looks to see that mf had left here.
"YOU ARE JUST AS WORST AS CIEL!!!" Majesty left as she sees Sebastian and Ciel.
"Finished being mad?" Ciel asked as Majesty growled.
"YOU DON'T HAVE NO RESPECT!!" Majesty bluntly shouted.
"How do I not have respect? You are living the life people could only dream." Ciel replied as Majesty was even more angry at how he is so calm.
Majesty pushed Ciel.
"You are so much of an emotionless freak!" Majesty said as she gasps at the words that came out her mouth and she just left.
"Sebastian, just go after her. Bring her home I shall be there soon." Ciel gets up by himself as Sebastian bows.
"Yes My Lord." Sebastian went to go follow Majesty as Ciel sighed with an tear roll down his cheek but he wiped it.
Sebastian appears behind Majesty.
"STOP FOLLOWING ME SEBASTIAN!" Majesty demanded.
"I'm afraid I cannot Young Master ordered me to follow you and get you home when you are ready." Sebastian answered as Majesty sighed and gave in.
"Fine, but don't tell him about this place." Majesty looked around to make sure no one was there.
Majesty led Sebastian to an beautiful Cafe.
"I love Apple Pie!" Majesty was her cheerful self again as they head in the Cafe.
"Good Evening! How many?" The Waitress asks.
"Just 2 for now." Majesty answered.
"Right this way." The Waitress leads them to an empty table.
"When you're ready, just call." The Waitress left the table to help other people.
"You know how weird it is to see an magic Unicorn around my brother." Majesty mentioned.
Sebastian raised an eyebrow in confusion.
"Pardon?" Sebastian questions Majesty.
"I mean that's what you are right? You made an contract with my brother and you hang around him ever sense." Majesty chuckled as Sebastian laughs hardly.
"I'm simply One Hell Of An Butler." Sebastian commented.
"Oh so you aren't an Unicorn? Well that kinda explains you aren't colorful." Majesty shrugged as Sebastian just shook his head.
The Waitress comes back and takes their order and left again.
"My Lady, we must leave after we eat." Sebastian warned Majesty who just nodded.
"Okay but I'm not talking to Ciel at all tho no matter what!" Majesty pouted and Sebastian sighed as he nodded for agreement.
"AS u wish" Sebastian bowed as the Waitress brought their food.
They ate the food than left back to the mansion.
Back at the Midford estate, Elizabeth cries over her gift to Ciel. It is revealed that she learned from her father that the Noah's Ark she bought at the fair was a fake. She breaks it, and inside, she finds the Shard of Hope.
With An Unknown Person
The strange puppet-like man seen earlier, at Tim's death and at the fair, is seen speaking and bowing to an unknown person, whom he calls his master.
