You started to relax more and more as the days went by with no signs of Dabi, altho Dabi did just learn to conceal his presents more and more. Watching you and Keigo hang out everyday, you started packing a few pounds from all the food he was treating you to,but you felt more energetic then before, but still Dabi wasn't done stalking you, he was just gathering enough information about "hawks", you were always a bit dumb, so you not seeing the fact that hawks was actually quite dangeriose, ironic dabi very ironic, Keigo was. Keigo did put a hidden knife under his chin so that was always a good look.

Only problem was finding a way to tell and show you, since Keigo seems to always be at your side and you seem to be scared of him for whatever reason that was. Still, there was no way to get you alone right now.

Since it was getting hotter Keigo decided to treat you two to ice cream sandwiches that day after school.

"Keigo it's way too hot for any human to be outside right now." you said putting your face directly in front of the car ac.

"Tell me about it, i never did well in the heat." he said

"Well ,maybe if you didn't wear all those layers." you said taking another bite out of your treat.

"It's called fashion." Keigo said "Also (name) I need to ask you a question."

"Shoot." you said

"It's about your ex."

"Ughhhhhh do i have to." you groaned

"Welli did catch him that one time, you haven seen him around have you?" he asked

"Thankfully no I haven't." you said "but part of me is unsettled since he wasn't exactly the type of guy to just stop...if that makes sense."

"I got the gist of it." He said "why did you evendate the human equivalent of a headache?"

"Well it was, hmmm well i..." you were trying to think "wait a second why are we only digging into my past love life, what about you?"
"Okay fine, i have had 3 girlfriends, one in my first year of middle school didn't last long, like three weeks, one from my first year of highschool to my second, then one in my third year and broke up soon after graduation." Keigo said "happy?"

"Why did you break up?" you asked

"I answer my question now answer mine." he said

"Well, he helped me out of a tough situation, I'm not really proud of just letting it happen but I was just grateful he stopped my classmates' harassment."

"So was he like a punk or something."
"Yeah he was." You said, finishing off your treat, "Whoels school kidna feared him, his dad is loaded with a shit ton of money, but was estranged from him, dad didn't want the family name getting ruined so he bribed the school to keep everything quiet, that's how we got the pool."

"Yeesh and you dated him." Keigo said

"Stop making fun of younger me's bad decisions!" you said "Anyways your turn why did you two breck up?"

"Well my last one we just had different paths we wanted to purisi, i wanted to go to college and she wanted to stay put where she was." He said, wow that was relatable "Now who asked who out with you."

"He asked me out, for a long time I was pretty sure he just saw me as an underclass mate, so when he dragged me behind the school and just said "admit it you like me" well yeah."

"He did what now?" Hawks asked

"Hmm, oh i was skipping class hanging out with him when he told me to follow him, so i did." you explained "Yeah looking back on it there were a lot of red flags i just ignored."

"Well at least you had the sense to break up with him." Keigo said

"Hahah no he broke up with me and made me walk six miles home." you said "at night...."

"He did what now?" Keigo said

"Yeah...he wasn't happy that I decided to go to college, but that was the first time I stood up for myself instead of backing down so...it ended, and I'm grateful if anything, I never want to go through anything like that again."
"I don't think any sane person would." Keigo said, pulling out of the parking lot "As for me, well I also would like to tell me a few things, but guess I'm changing now."

"Yeah you are a really good friend, find it riduciose I thought you were just another bully who found pleasure in my misery."

"You wound me (name)." Keigo said "Yeah most people don't really know how to read me, maybe I act too much like someone who would be liked."

"Welli like you Keigo." you said as he stopped outside of your apartment complex and got out of his car.

"Thanks (name), need me to walk you up?" he asked

"No i'll be fine, i'll call you if anything weird happens." you said

"Alrighty see you tomorrow then." he said and watched you walk up, he would just wait to see if anything weird was happening, you stepped into your apartment and turned the light on, only to see Dabi sitting on the couch in the dark,what a weirdo.

"HOW DID YOU GET IN HERE, GET OUT!" you yelled

"Oh calm down, i didn't break anything, but really leaving the spare key on the door banister, it's like you were asking for someone to break in."

"I don't, GET OUT!" you yelled again, he put his hands up

"I'm not here to hurt you or anything stop screaming already." he said, not phased at all "I'm just here because of your little guy friend."

"...i don't care, get out or im calling the cops-"

"And i will just get bailed out and come back, look just listen to me-"

"No, out now!" you said

"You sure have managed to grow a pair since you have been here."

"More like a backbone, now out!" you said

"I'll leave after you listen to what I have to say." Dabi said standing up and walking towards you and placing a hand on your head making you look up, you hated it whenever he made you force eye contact with him, it was always the best way to get you to back down.
