She was staring holes into the side of your face, it was starting to creep you out a bit.

"Okay why are you staring at me?" you asked

"I can see why Dabi and Kiego feel for you, you are pretty." she said

"Thanks?" you said very confused at the sudden compliment that came out of nowhere "Wait you know dabi, how?"

"When he got put away for burning some guys eyelid-"

"His anime was kenny." you said

"Ohhh, well Kenny's eyelid, i wanted to talk to him a bit more but never got the chance, luckily he was released soon after i was."

"Wait, how long was dabi in there?"

"About...3 months, I was in there for ... two or was it three years." She explained, "I wanted to make my friends who were like me, but he ended up using me and I feel for it hook line and sinker and it pisses me off."

"Well, I can understand how you feel about that, Dabi told you we used to date huh."

"Yup he described you as the best thing that ever happened to him,and how you were the light of his life,and how he wanted you back so badly he would do anything, but there was a pest in the way and he needed my help to get rid of him." Toga said, you knew what get rid of meant and she didn't seem to have an issue with that "But Dabi said once he was done he would make sure i wasn't put in danger of going back there and he lied to me, meanwhile your boyfriend keigo lied to protect me and i want to know why."

"Because Dabi does this to everyone, he find a person weakness and exploits it so they do what he wants them to do, and get angry when they step out of line, if i have one piece of advice, no matter what Dabi says to you in the future, do not believe him, he is a liar and will throw any number of people under the bus, he has no friends or relationships, just him and people he considers accessories." you said "I mean do you have any other friends."

"I have Jin, he is nice." Toga said "he got into a biking accident that steered his brain a bit,and lost his job, he was on the streets for a while."

"Then go be friends and join and leave dabi and whatever he did in the past, and Toga if you don't want to get caught up in this stuff it's best to avoid it, how old are you again?"

"I'm 17." she said

"That was the age Dabi and I met as well, you don't want to be his friend, I don't think Keigo can give you any of the answers you are looking for, you already know them from his actions don't you." you said

"I guess." she said

"And toga, Keigo asked me not to tell the police about your involvement, but if i see you anywhere near us again, i will make it my sole priority to put you back in that facility, do i make myself clear, now go to your friend jin and try to live your best life."

"You sound like another scolding her daughter, what are you an old lady?" she asked and let out a giggle, before tossing Keigo's car keys with the bird charm."Give this back to him for me and tell him thanks."

"I will." you said and she left out the door,as you collapsed on keigo's bed, when would this long nightmare be over.

Dabi finally woke up a week later and first thing he noticed other then the tube down his thraort was the fact he was hand cuffed to the hospital bed, what the fuck, no he was usppsot to die, what happen, did keigo, that bastard, save him, oh he sees keigo just has to have the the last laugh here dosnt he, wellt hsi wasnt over, ti was far from over.

"Oh you are finally awake." Enji said as he rubbed his eyes "I though you were getting better toya, i know i went wrong with you, but this is the last straw, first i tried to help you by thinking oh you just needed to get this out of your system ou will mellow out with time, then i though he needs help ill send him here to get help, then you tried ot not only kill yourself, but your exs new boyfriend."

Dabi really wanted to yell at him to shut up but couldn't

"Now you are going to listen to me, i am not bailing you out of this one, i already paid for the property damages charges, but i am not paying for your defence, your lawyer or try to get your sentence reduced, i'm glad you aren't dead and i love you as my son, but you can't be let out on the streets anymore."

Enji got up and left and alerted the doctors that his son was awake and left, the bond between son and father was officially cut, and when dabi was well enough to where he could breath on his own he was sent to the police station for questioning.

His lawyer was looking over everything, thinking to herself.

"Well the best option is you admit to doing this in a breakdown, we have your medical record of your time in ward, this is your best option to get a reduced sentence." she explained

"FIne, ill plead guilty and try to make a bargain deal." he told her as he stared at a wall, premeditated first degree murder, assault, kidnapping, arson, this lawyer had her hands full that was for sure.
