Chihiros pov
I called a meeting with my friends mondo, taka and Leon to inform them of my newformed fatherhood. They're already parents so hopefully they can help me.
"so what you call us here for?" mondo asked.
"can you make it quick. I feel bad leaving kazzy with the baby" Leon muttered.
I took a deep breath "I just found out that I'm going to be a father"
Leon spat out his drink in shock. The others looked just as surprised.
"are you serious? Kokichis pregnant!" taka gasped.
I nodded.
"oh how wonderful. I have to congratulate him" with that taka ran off.
Mondo and Leon pulled me into a hug "Congratulations little guy. I knew you'd make a family of your own one day!"
"thanks but I don't feel like celebrating" I sighed "I don't feel I'd make a good dad. I can't teach him how to be strong and fight their own battles. I've never been good at that"
They both pulled away with serious expressions.
"dude you don't have to worry about being a bad dad" Leon insisted "what you lack in strength you can make up for by teaching them things you're good at. Like your nerdy stuff"
"and being proud of yourself no matter what" mondo smiled at me "you're going to kick ass at being a dad. Now quit your whining and be there for your partner!"
"right!" I nodded greatfully before running back to my bedroom.
I found kokichi laying his head on takas knee as taka ran his fingers through his hair. Kokichi had an anxious look on his face. I suppose taka trying to calm him down.
I smiled at the sight. I suppose I don't have to worry so much after all. I've got so many amazing people on my side after all!
