Kokichis pov
"here you are taka" I came into the living room with a tray of tea and biscuits. The other alphas are out hunting so it's just me and taka and I'm trying my best to take care of him.
"oh you are such a sweet boy" taka petted my head "would you like to sit with me?"
"ok" I nodded as I took a seat next to him.
He smiled gently at me "it's nice to have company isn't it?"
"I suppose" I muttered "are they usually gone long?"
"it depends on how long it takes to find anything" he shrugged "we have to make sure that we have enough food to feed the entire clan"
"yeah that makes sense" I muttered.
He stared off into the distance "you know back in my old clan we never had anything to eat. My grandfather had disgraced our clan so we were mistreated and had any food we found stolen from us. My father however taught me that if I wanted to survive I needed to be tough. So when I met mondo for the first time and he accidentally knocked me over I stood up and yelled 'watch where your going idiot!' He took a liking to my feisty attitude so he picked me up and carried me away"
"were you scared?" I asked.
"terrified" he nodded "I kicked and screamed for him to let me go but I stopped fighting him once he gave me food. He told me I was tough for a omega that was starving to death. He said I was exactly what he wanted in his clan. So I agreed to join and eventually we fell in love, got married and now we're having a baby of our own" he rubbed his stomach with a fond smile.
"wow that's amazing" I gasped. After hearing everyone else's love story mine and chihiros feels kinda mild!
Our bonding moment however was cut off by a kunai flying in our direction...
