It was almost midday when Katherine slammed the door of her twin's room opened.
She wouldn't have cared to wake them up if she wasn't currently dying, but since universe was against her and her hair was mostly white than brown, she couldn't take it anymore and decided to go to Kisa.
She had the spell, but she needed to know how to perform it after all.
"Rise and shine, twin oh mine, time to get me a hot body"
Opening the curtains, Katherine rolled her eyes when she heard the annoyed groans coming from the trio.
On the bed Kai cuddled Kisa who cuddled Amara in return. Since the house they had stayed had two bedrooms, one was claimed by Katherine while the other had to be shared by the trio.
But it didn't bother them that much, a bed was more than being in a cell in an asylum, more than a prison world, more than being turned into a stone while having multiple souls passing through you.
They weren't picky.
"Kisaaaaaaa" Katherine whined as she pulled on her twin's foot.
"Wake up"
"Wake up"
"Wake-"
"If you say that again I'll stab you with a rusty knife" Kisa hissed as she stood up with a glare on her face, while Katherine grinned at her.
Amara rubbed her knuckles against her eyes, yawning softly as she too got up, murmuring a quiet "Morning"
Kai continued dead on the bed.
"Angel, if I'm getting up, you're getting up" Kisa mumbled as she started to pull on his hand, without using her vampire strength.
His body didn't move an inch.
"Please, Angel, I can't survive my evil twin alone" Kisa whispered playfully, grinning when she saw the corner of his lips tilting upwards, only for him to give a strong tug on her hand that made her fly back to the bed.
"That's the best sleep I've head in a long time, demon" Kai admitted, burying his face on the crook of her neck as he breathed softly, his arms wrapped tightly around her, scared that she would leave.
Kisa's face softened, stroking his head gently as she stayed there for a few more minutes with him.
"I smell bacon" Kai suddenly said as he shot up from the bed, making his best friend smile in amusement as he walked to the kitchen.
