A bit short, but you'll all just have to get over it. hahaha. Also, the italics are flashbacks, so yeah... :D

I walk out to Amy's car numbly. Neither of us say anything as she starts up the car and begins the drive back to her house.
I pull away first, knowing that it's wrong. But I don't say the words. Instead, I look into Will's pain filled brown eyes, and then I just walk away.
"Will and I kissed," I say quietly, my voice cracking. I get no response so I add, "Did you hear me?"
"Yeah," Amy says quietly. "I heard you." Again we both fall silent until a moment later she speaks again. "What are you going to do?" she asks calmly.
"What should I do?" I reply, needing her to give me her opinion like she usually does.
Amy just shakes her head and shrugs. "I don't know."
Julian smiles as I walk back into the room, and all I can offer in return is a half assed grimace.
"You ok?" he asks, pulling me in and kissing my cheek.
I close my eyes as my heart clenches in my chest. It feels like it's trying to pull itself apart in my ribcage. "Yeah," I say quietly. "Just thinking about tonight." It's not a lie.
"I don't want to hurt Julian," I say honestly.
"Then don't," Amy replies, devoid of any emotion.
"But Will-" I start.
"No!" Amy screams, and I nearly have a heart attack from her outburst. She's slammed the brakes on, and we're now stopped in the middle of the road. "No 'but Will'. You can't just use Julian until someone else you think is better comes along." Amy looks furious.
"Why are you yelling at me?" I ask dumbly, pouting a little.
"Because I don't think you get it," Amy screeches. "Julian cares about you. And you're willing to throw it all away for a guy who doesn't give a shit!" I'm stunned, but she doesn't stop there. "Will doesn't care about you. Will broke up with his girlfriend, was feeling down about that and X Factor, and then kissed you. That's it."
I sigh, looking down at my hands that are interlocking in my lap.
"And you," Amy says, giving me a look of disbelief. "You don't care that you're hurting Julian."
"Julian won't find out," I say weakly. "It was just a kiss."
Amy laughs, but it's humourless. "It doesn't matter. You didn't push Will away, and I bet you didn't give Julian a second thought."
Now I'm mad. "You knew how I felt about Will! You knew and still pushed me toward Julian."
Amy stares at me wide eyed. "Are you seriously trying to blame this on me?" She scoffs. "This is why I don't do relationships. Too much bull shit."
"Sure, you don't date. But you've got no problems meddling in everyone else's relationships!" I snap.
"Ok, well here's my last piece of advice for you," Amy yells. "Stop lying to everyone. Tell Julian, Will and yourself the truth, and see what happens!"
I glare at Amy, then go to get out the car, but she locks the doors. "What are you doing?" I growl.
"You're not getting out in the middle of nowhere. You'll die," Amy states. She's freaking bipolar I swear. "You can just come stay at my place and I'll drop you home after school tomorrow."
"Are you serious?" I screech at her. "What the heck is wrong with you? One minute you're yelling at me, the next it's like you're running for best friend of the year!"
Amy starts laughing. "You should know by now how selfish I am. My yelling stopped being aimed at you halfway through our conversation." And then, Amy cries. It's really weird. I've never seen her cry, and I never thought I would see her cry.
I sit awkwardly, trying to think of what to do or say. "Um... are you ok?" I ask stupidly.
She laughs through her tears. "No. No not really."
"Wanna talk about it?" I ask quietly.
Amy wipes her tears away. "Yeah. But I want ice cream first."
She drives us to Maccas, and we buy ice creams through the drive through before she goes and parks in some place I can only describe as 'Murderville'.
Amy sucks on her spoon for a minute before she spills the beans. "Trent and I talked, like months ago when we started hooking up. And that's what we decided, that we were just hooking up." I knew this, and she takes another spoonful of ice cream. "And now I find out that he's been out with some other chick a couple of times, and it really freaking hurts."
"Aw Ames, I'm sorry," I say, trying to comfort her.
"It's my own fault. He was kinda hinting towards something more, and I just blew him off." She shrugs. "I've been cheated on before, and that's why I don't do serious relationships. But it didn't even come close to hurting as much as what it does with Trent."
I sigh, and we both sit silently as we finish off our chocolate sundaes.
"What are we going to do?" I ask Amy, praying she has an answer because I certainly don't.
"I don't know," Amy mumbles. "I really don’t."
