My Life As A Degrassi Tarot Reader
Chapter 27
It was lunchtime at Degrassi Community School. Sardior was waiting for Bonnie. Bonnie along with every member of her basketball team (Mo, Cam, Natalie, Sean, Ryan, Peter, Danny, T.J., Jimmy, Eric, and Bahamut) approaches Sardior.
"Hey, Sardior. You got your cards with you?" asked Bonnie.
"Yes, I got my cards with me. Also, you brought the whole basketball team with you?" asked Sardior.
"Yes. I brought the whole team with me that this reading is very important for all of us. Also, each of us will pay you twenty dollars." said Bonnie.
"That's like two hundred and forty dollars!" said Sardior with a shocking reaction.
"Yes since you're an expected of card reading, all of us pitch in to pay you this amount of money combined," said Sean.
"I see. Bahamut, you're paying too?" said Sardior.
"Yes, little bro. You do need the money though," said Bahamut.
"Ok, gather around everyone. Let see what the cards said," said Sardior as he shuffled his Rider-Waite Tarot Deck ten times. He draws three cards face-down.
"Oooh. I'm getting goosebumps," said Natalie.
"Hey I read the book called Goosebumps and it was scary as hell for a kids book," said Mo as Sardior flips the first card. It's the Justice Reversed.
"Ok, the first card is the Justice Reversed. There will be unfairness and inequality at the beginning of the Championship game," said Sardior.
"What?! For real?! What kind of unfairness." asked Ryan.
"Probably the referee will favor Lakehurst and there will be cheating Involved as well," said Sardior.
"Those Lakehurst jerks never play fair. That must be to reason why they have a perfect season," said T.J. angrily.
"You might be right T.J.," said Sardior as he flips the second card face-up. It's The Tower.
"The second card is The Tower. They're going to be a tragic and traumatic accident with catastrophic results," said Sardior.
"I don't like this reading anymore. I want a re-do," said Jimmy.
"Don't worry. Maybe the last card will change all of the ridiculousness and hope for a win," said Cam as Sardior flips the final card. It's the 6 of Wands.
"Well, the final card is the 6 of Wands. Your team will be very successful and victorious to win the Championship game against Lakehurst despite all the craziness," said Sardior as the Degrassi Basketball Team was cheering.
"You're the best tarot reader in Degrassi," said Eric.
"Hey if anyone wants a reading, asked my little bro Sardior," said Bahamut. The Degrassi Basketball Team give Sardior twenty dollars with a combined total of two hundred and forty dollars.
"Pleasure doing business with all of you," said Sardior as he put the money and his deck in his pocket. The Degrassi basketball team walks away.
"I'm going to buy more tarot decks with this amount of money," said Sardior as he went to his next class.
