Fall in Tune # 1 - Liam Payne

Chapter 13

Why am I feeling this way? Why is it that I'm hurting more than when i saw Liam kissing any other girl? Was i wrong in neglecting Liam's apology? I'm so tired asking myself yet not seeing any answers.

2 weeks have passed already. It never felt as the usual days. I just can't make it like before. Today, I don't know what shall happen. They call this a special day but for me...

"Kaye, dear??" I heard Mom calling from the door. I covered myself with my blanket and pretended to sleep.

"Kaye..." I withdraw my head when I heard Juliene's voice. 

"Friend..." came, Leila's. Both of them sounds so sad and worried.

"Kaye! go out!" I jumped off my feet when Juliene shouted. It seems that my room's door will be broken. As if on cue, the door banged open.

I hastily covered my head but Juliene reached for it to stop me.

"Are you damn crazy?" she snorted so loud.

"Just... leave me alone." I said tiredly.

"Damn, Kaye! Stand up my girl..." Juliene uncovered me and assisted me to stand up. She squeezed my face and slapped it softly.

"What the hell, Juls?"

"Freshen up, it's your day..."

"No. I'm tired."

Leila inserted, "Tired? You've been sleeping all day..."

"I'm still tired." I said.

"Let's see..." Leila was already handing a cold glass of water then she splashed it on my face.

"What the!!!!! Ugh!"

"Good morning!" Leila shouted.

"Happy birthday!" that's Juliene.

Right. It's my birthday. I can see that this is my worst birthday,ever! i'm feeling numb.

Both of them are singing that damn "Happy Birthday" song while pushing me towards the shower room. I know they have an airy plan again.

"Oh, leave now, I can manage." I said as I faced them to stop.

They both crossed their arms.

"Don't tell me you'll go with me inside?" I asked and they both nodded.

"What?No way!" I shut the door and locked it.

"There's the window, Kaye..." Juliene said, sounds teasing.

"Stop it Juliene.."

"You're guarded. Don't dare jumping off the window." Juliene added.

"Ha!"

"Ok? I'm done..." I began while drying my hair. Juliene and Leila are now cross sitting in my bed while staring at me. They then slowly smirked.

"All right!" Juliene stood up first then she held my hand.

"Let's go girls!" Leila went out of the room first and Juliene drags me out too.

"And where the hell are we goin?" I asked exasperately.

"To the place of the Godesses!" Juliene smattered still holding my hand.

"Crazy."

"Just ride on my lady!"

"You two, hurry!" Leila shouted outside.

When we went down, Leila was already leaning on her Mom's cars' hood.

"Can't wait! aha!" She excitedly opened the car's door and signed for us to enter.

"You can drive?" I asked Leila as I settle down at the back seat.

"Definitely."

"So, tell me now." 

"Shopping!" then Juliene raised a black card.

"For what?"

"Kaye, it's your birthday. You're already 17 and as the age adds, the beauty must  add also. And we are your angles to do those things for you."

"I don't need any of those."

"Don't be so stubborn. The wrinkles will grow."

"Hold on girls!!!!!" Leila shouted that make me alarm.

"Leila.... Leila...." I said nervously because we are really fast.

"Oh my gosh,oh my gosh,oh my gosh!!!!" Leila acted.

"I know you love puple. So we shall buy a purple dress..."

"WE ARE TOO FAST!!!!!"

"Relax, Kaye... so I said a purple dress... I will pair it with uhmm..."

"Juliene!!!"

I'm almost hysterical but Juliene is still murmuring and Leila is now dancing with the music that i can't understand. Then the car just suddenly stop. Thank you to the genius man who invented seatbelts 'coz without him, my face is already broken!

"We're here!" Leila announced, "Get out now!"

"I'm nearly killed." 

"Don't worry, I'll drive next time..." Juliene sarcastically said then she pulled me inside a botique.

"No thanks Juls, I don't wanna die without a boyfriend!!!"

"I'll buy you a boyfriend, then!"

"Oh Geez!"

As we enter the botique, I was really fascinated of the displays. Gowns, dresses, etc. somewhat for a hollywood star. I don't know how or when Juliene knew about this and I don't think I can afford buying anything from here.

"Stop thinking." Juliene whispered to me.

I don't really need any of those stuffs just for a simple birthday party, you know. I don't get it why they exert this kind of effort for me but then... I'm grateful having my friends today.

After the botique, we intended a shoe emporium. We bought two pairs of pumps. A purple one and the other one was pink. The designs were too girly but, all are cute, tho.

The next thing was a salon. Oh gawd, this was the first time that i ever visited this kind of place. Seeing a iron and be applied to my hair was horrible. Am I out of the blues?

They also let me try a face massage and it felt good. Good thing they didn't put colors to my face!

We went home at around 5 pm. I didn't feel exhausted because I really enjoyed this day. Leila and Juliene went home. I just entered my room because nobody was there. It's my birthday right? So? What's this?????
