"You are all I need" { Karlnapity }

Chapter 2

Quackity woke up awhile later and grabbed his phone and yawned seeing that it was 4:39pm.

He walked out of the bedroom and downstairs to find Karl and Sapnap cuddling on the couch, " Hey, your Karl right?" Quackity said walking up to them and sitting on the chair.

" Ya!" Karl said, " did you just wake up?"

" Oh ya, how long was asleep for?" He said looking at Sapnap.

" Oh only like an hour I think, not very long," Sapnap said turning off the show Karl and him where watching. " So I know I said we where gonna go out to eat but if you just wanna order pizza and unpack we could do that too," he said asking Quackity.

Quackity hated making decisions, he didn't want to make the wrong one, " Um.. I... um.." he looked down, " I..i don't know, whatever I guess."

Karl smiled, " Pizza it is!" He pulled out his phone and went to another room to make the call.

Quackity sighed and rubbed his eyes, he was still extremely tired but he knew he couldn't fall back to sleep.

" Are you ok?" Sapnap asked, looking worried.

Quackity sighed again, " Yep just tired heh," he laughed quietly.

Sapnap frowned and was about to say something but Karl walked in and closed his mouth. " I ordered pepperoni and all meat, is that okay?" Karl asked sitting back down next to Sapnap, holding his hand.

" Ya that's cool," Quackity said, " I'm gonna take a shower," he said as he got up and started walking up stairs. He heard Karl whisper to Sapnap, " Did I do something wrong?"

Quackity sighed, Karl didn't do anything wrong, it was him.

He went into his room and opened up his suitcase and grabbed a pair of gray sweatpants and a blue t-shirt and went to the bathroom.

He locked the door, out of habit, and started the shower.
——After his shower——

Quackity walked into the kitchen and saw Karl and Sapnap eating pizza with two pizza box's in front of them.

" Hey Q! Come sit down with us!" Karl said pointing to a seat across from them.

Quackity smiled, Karl's happiness was contagious.

" Want some pizza?" Karl asked, pushing the pizza box's towards him. Quackity nodded and sat down.

He grabbed a slice of pepperoni and took a bite. " So," Sapnap said, " we where thinking of having a movie night, wanna join?"

Quackity swallowed, " Sure, what movie?"

Sapnap shrugged, " Maybe a horror movie or comedy or something."

Quackity smiled.

A few minutes later, they started cleaning up with some light conversation. Quackity was starting to feel comfortable around them, he laughed more and didn't just nod when they asked him something.

Quackity went into the living room, sitting on the couch, while Karl made popcorn in the kitchen and Sapnap grabbed a few blankets.

Once they where all settled, Sapnap claimed it was his turn to pick out the movie as Karl had picked out the one last time.

Sapnap ended up picking out a horror movie, that Karl did not seem to be a fan of.

An hour into the the movie Quackity started to get bored and tired. Karl had fallen asleep awhile ago but Sapnap was still awake, playing with Karl's hair.

Quackity yawned and Sapnap looked over at him, " Are you tired?" He asked.

Quackity nodded, " I'm gonna go to bed," he said standing up, Sapnap nodded and looked back at the movie.

Quackity went into his bedroom and changed into a pair of sweats and a t-shirt before laying down.

" You dumbass! " Schlatt yelled at him.

" It was a...an accident! I..I'm sorry!" Quackity said, his voice was trembling and he was trying not to cry.  

He had only dropped a glass when getting water and Schlatt was pissed.

Schlatt threw the bottle of wine he was holding at the wall behind Quackity, " Shut up! Stop crying!"

Quackity didn't even realize he was crying.

Schlatt came over to him and got right in his face, I don't want to see you crying again and if I do, we're gonna have a problem," he spit in Quackitys face and then stumbled to his room.

Quackity woke up in a cold sweat. He kicked the blankets off, he tried to remind himself it was just a dream and that Schlatt was dead but he couldn't calm down.

He slowly got up and stumbled to the bathroom. He walked in and turned on the water, splashing some on his face, he cupped his hands to drink the water when he started hearing footsteps.

His breathing sped up and his hands started shaking. " Q...?" Someone said sleepily.

He sighed, it was just Karl.

" Ya?" He tried to keep his voice steady.

Karl walked up to the bathroom door and leaned on the door frame, " What are you doing?" He asked, his grey eyes looked tired, Quackity must've woken him up.

" I'm..sorry," Quackity said, he felt like he was gonna cry again.

Karl got off the door frame when he noticed, " Hey it's ok," he said pulling him into a hug.

Quackity stiffened at first but then melted into the hug, he wrapped his arms around Karl's waist and pulled him closer, it had been while since he'd had a real hug.

" Come on," Karl said pulling away from the hug, " let's get you back to bed." Karl turned off the bathroom light and started walking Quackity to his room.

Quackity stayed silent the entire time, he was embarrassed Karl found him like that, he didn't want to wake anyone up and make them mad.

When they got to Quackitys room, Karl helped him under the covers and smiled, " I'm gonna go back to Sapnap but if you need us then you can get is in our room." Quackity nodded and Karl left, keeping the room door slightly cracked.

Quackity sighed and smiled a little, Karl was sweet and kind and so was Sapnap. They both made him feel like he wasn't just a guest in there house, they made him feel comfortable and safe.

He turned over, facing the wall, and fell asleep, wondering what tomorrow would bring.

An: this chapter was kinda nice to write, you get to see there relationship build and get stronger and Quackitys feeling safer with them! I hope you have a great day!
