"You are all I need" { Karlnapity }

Chapter 6

Quackity woke up and covered his face with his hands to shield himself from the light coming through the curtains.

He rolled over to his nightstand and grabbed his phone, thinking that it was around twelve but was surprised to see it was only nine.

" Dammit," he muttered. He would go back to sleep but he didn't want to sleep all day, it would be a waste of a day.

He got up and took off his shirt to stretch his wings, he hadn't stretched them in a while and they hurt.

He didn't want Sapnap or Karl to know yet, well he didn't want them to know a lot of things but this was in the top five. He had told George after he'd known him for a while, Dream found out when Quackity was changing. He knew they wouldn't judge him but after Schlatt using his wings against him he was afraid to tell people.

He put back on his shirt and went to the kitchen. He grabbed a bagel and some cream cheese and put the bagel in the toaster.

As he waited for the bagel to toast, Karl came into the kitchen. " Hey, so I'm we need to talk," Quackity said before Karl had time to say anything.

" Sure, about what?" Karl said sitting down on at the kitchen table.

Quackity waited to answer for his bagel to toast. He put cream cheese on it and took a bite before turning around to face Karl. " You know I was lying about my dream and you knew I didn't want to tell you about but you got mad and wouldn't drop it, why couldn't you just drop it?" Quackity asked, looking at Karl.

Karl looked down at his lap, " Um, well I guess I was worried about you and it made me more worried when you didn't tell me what happened," Karl looked up at Quackity.

Quackity sighed and set down his bagel, " Well I'm sorry you where worried but I'm fine, okay? Could you please drop it?" He crossed his arms a cross his chest.

" Sure, fine," Karl said, " You want some coffee?"

Quackity shook his head, Schlatt always drank coffee in the morning before he went to the bar, claimed it woke him up enough to get drunk. Ever since than Quackity hated coffee, it always came with bad memories of Schlatt waking up hungover and angry and forcing Quackity to make him coffee.

Karl snapped his fingers, waking Quackity up from his trance, " Hello, earth to Quackity," Karl giggled, " I was wondering if you wanna see a movie with me and Sapnap tonight?"

Quackity smiled, " Ya sure, what movie?"

Karl thought for a second before answering, " I think 'Free Guy' I've wanted to watch it for awhile," Karl smiled and continued making coffee.

Quackity smiled and ate his bagel in silence.

——Time Skip——

It was around 5:30 when Karl came barging into his room, " Get ready! Where leaving soon!" Karl was dressed in his signature colorful swirl hoodie, a pair of black ripped jeans and high-top rainbow converse, he almost looked, hot.

Quackity quickly shook the thought from his head and looked away from Karl, hoping he didn't see the blush, " Yeah ok I'll get ready," he heard Karl leave the room and shut the door.

He got off his bed and went to his closet. He grabbed a pair of black sweatpants, a blue t-shirt, and a gray hoodie.

He took off his shirt and was about to put on his new t-shirt when his door swung open. He quickly looked over to see Karl and Sapnap staring at his wings.

His blood turned cold, " Get out," he whispered. They didn't move, " I said, get out! " he went to the door and shoved them away, shutting the door and locking it. He whispered more to himself than to anyone, " I'll be out in a minute."

He quickly got dressed and opened the bedroom door, Karl and Sapnap where still standing there, Karl looked scared while Sapnap looked confused. " Come on, let's go," he motioned for them to follow him, when they didn't move he sighed, " where not gonna talk about it, where gonna go watch a movie and then where gonna go to bed, maybe we'll talk about it in the morning but I wouldn't hold your breath," Quackity sighed again and started walking to the front door.

He stood outside the car, waiting for Sapnap or Karl to come out with the keys. Finally a few minutes later Karl and Sapnap both walked out. One of them unlocked the door and Quackity got into the backseat.

He pulled out his phone and opened twitter, waiting for them to get into the car. When they finally did, an awkward silence fell over the car. He hated it.

The car ride seemed to take longer than it was but
eventually they where there. They got out of the car and started walking to the movie theater.

—— After the movie ——

Quackity stretched as the movie credits started playing. He looked over and saw Karl asleep on Sapnaps shoulder, Karl seemed to do that a lot.

Quackity got up and stood by Karl and Sapnap while Sapnap tried to pick up Karl. " I'll help," Quackity heard himself say, Sapnap looked up at him and smiled.

" Cool. I can carry him I just need you to grab the popcorn and candy and stuff." Quackity nodded and grabbed the stuff.

Sapnap groaned a little as he picked up Karl. They both started walking out of the theater and to the car. " Hey Q, can you grab my keys from my back pocket?" Sapnap asked. Quackity nodded and felt his face heat up a little, he didn't know why though. He grabbed the keys and unlocked the car.

Sapnap laid Karl down in the back and got to the front seat while Quackity got to the passenger seat.

They drove in silence for a while before Sapnap spoke up, " I'm sorry-"

Quackity held up his hand to stop Sapnap, " I said tomorrow." Sapnap sighed and pulled into the driveway.

Quackity grabbed the food and his house key and went into the house. He put all the stuff on the table and ran into his room, locking the door behind him.

He quickly pulled off his shirt and hoodie stretching his wings. He crawled into bed and quickly fell asleep, wanting to escape this horrible day.
