"You are all I need" { Karlnapity }

Chapter 7

Quackity covered his mouth with a shaky hand, hoping Schlatt didn't hear him. " Ooh pumpkin~" Schlatt cooed from down the hall.

Quackity had been hiding under the table since Schlatt came home and threw a partly empty wine glass at him. Some of it had cut from part of his forehead all the way down to his cheek. The blood was getting into his eye making it hard to see.

" Come on baby, you know I didn't mean it~" Schlatt said, Quackity could hear his footsteps come down the hall.

Quackity shook his head, tears falling freely from his eyes.

" If you don't come out Quackity, you know what will happen," Schlatt stopped trying to sound nice at this point, he sounded angry, just like he always did.

Schlatt's footsteps stopped in front of the dinner table, " I know your here baby, you always hide here~" Schlatt said softly.

Schlatt pulled up the dinner table cover and smiled,
" Oh hello pumpkin~"

Quackity woke up in a cold sweat, having to force himself to not scream.

He sighed and let the tears roll freely down his face. He sat up and leaned against the bed frame, rubbing his eyes.

He looked around his dark room, his eyes landing on a dark blob in the corner.

Quackity stared at the blob, it looked like a person just standing there, " Hello?" Quackity whispered.

The figure stepped out of the shadows, " Well hello pumpkin."

Quackity screamed.

Sapnap woke up to blood curdling screaming, he sat up and saw Karl sitting up in the bed, kicking the covers off.

He threw the covers off him and ran to the door. He opened the door and heard Karl right behind.

He ran to Quackity's room, where the screaming was coming from. He tried to open the door but realized it was locked.

He started using his shoulder to try and open it and pounding on the door to get Quackity to open it. He heard Karl sobbing behind him, telling him to hurry up.

Sapnap moved to the back of the wall and ran
shoulder first into the door, throwing it open.

He stumbled into the room and looked to the bed where Quackity was sitting. His back was pushed up against the bed frame and his hands where covering his ears.

Sapnap quickly walked over to Quackity, " Quackity! Quackity your ok!" Sapnap yelled at him trying to stay calm.

Karl placed a hand on Quackitys shoulder, trying to comfort him but instead Quackity jumped and looked at the two.

His eyes were wide and bloodshot, tears were streaming down his face and he looked terrified.

Quackity put his head in his knees and started sobbing and saying something that sounded like "I'm sorry" and "Make him leave". Sapnap didn't know who he was but didn't want to ask him right now for obvious reasons.

Karl looked at Sapnap, worried and the slowly crawled into Quackitys bed  and sat on his right, placing an arm around him. Quackity leaned into Karl's side and seemed to calm down a little.

Sapnap crawled onto the bed too but went to Quackitys left. He pulled Quackity into a laying position and layed down next to him. Karl followed suit and wrapped an arm around Quackitys stomach while Quackity buried his face in Sapnaps neck.

Sapnap could still feel the tears falling but he wasn't crying as much.

Sapnap rubbed Quackitys back and whispered
soothing words to help calm him down.

It took awhile to help Quackity calm down but him and Karl finally got him calm enough to stop crying.

They sat there in silence for awhile, Sapnap playing with Quackitys hair and Karl drawing shapes with his fingernail on Quackitys skin.

Karl had soon fallen asleep and he could tell Quackity was close to falling asleep as well but before he did he heard Quackity whisper, " Make him leave,"

An: I had a hard time writing about Quackity being sad and scared but I think it was worth it to have a kind of sweet moment where Karl and Sapnap comforted him. Also, Quackity saw tonight Schlatt so... what's gonna happen there?
