First day of class in my new school. More likely it was like a holy jail. I was a bit nervous, but also excited. Basically, I went to school late. Anyways, it's just the first day of classes. No need to get hyped about it. I went to school 8am in the morning.
I entered the school gates, I walked straight until I found a few students crowding up a stand. It was the bulletin board, so I went there and saw a list of the classrooms and the students who were assigned to their rooms. When I saw my name in one of the lists, I found out that my classroom was on Room H-308. So I went upstairs and started looking for my assigned classroom. I was roaming around the twin-building.
I thought that I was lost. I had no idea which way to go to our classroom. So I'm in the staircase at the moment hoping to ask someone for directions, Luckily, there was a teacher who was kind enough to tell me where my room was located.
At last, I have seen our classroom and the list of students- who were going to be my classmates- I talked to my teacher and she asked me to get inside already. I am now in our classroom. I have just noticed that we are many even if it was too early. Are people here very punctual? Because I had to adjust to this as well.
It's really awkward going to school late during your first day especially when you're a transferee. Because aside from getting stares from your classmates, You're also not prepared for the next activity. I'm not sure about how other people are but to me I'm just not prepared enough. So when I found myself a seat they now proceeded with the activity in introducing theirselves. Why the hell is this even necessary?
After listening to how many introductions, the teacher looked at a piece of paper and shit
Teacher: "Okay, Carlos Jeeeeyoneel? JIONEL CARLOS introduce yourself"
