"Look Dew, I get that you don't want to attend the dinner but..."

"What? What y'all lookin' at? Eyes ahead, jesus."

"Could you at least wear something...brighter?"

Everyone was wearing an outfit with vibrant and lively colors except for Dew, who stubbornly kept insisting on wearing black from head to toe.

"Seriously, who wears a beanie and a dress together? No wonder you're still single."

Sending a punch to the back of Dex's head, Dew whistled and feigned innocence while Dex menacingly turned around to stare at her with deadly eyes.

"I'm single because I choose to be single. With my looks, who the fuck won't want to be with me?"

Staring at her with deadpanned looks, everyone diverted their attention while Dex and Dev paused to find a spot to vomit and breathe.

"But...why black, dewdrop?"

Petunia kindly looked at Dew, who knew deep inside that her own mother was judging her.

"Because someone is about to die soon."

Licking her own teeth with a smile wider than Joker's, her eyes squinted ever so slightly as she stared into space while fantasizing on different ways to murder a certain someone. Sighing at her own daughter, Ivar took out a tiny chunk of chocolate and stuffed it into Dew's mouth, whose face morphed into happiness as she savored the sudden hit of sweetness exploding in her mouth.

"Okay, before we go in, we have to set some ground rules."

Stopping the entire family right in front of the castle's entrance, the entire family opened their ears to listen to Ivar's words.

"I know we all hate them, and everytime we see their faces, we want to murder them or just give them a punch in the face to wake them up."

Pulling the sleeve of his tuxedo, Petunia coughed for a moment to alert her husband that he should not get carried away. Placing a hand gently on his wife's hand, Ivar started laughing loudly.
