He sat in room with two men sitting infront of him. He rubbed his temples as a sigh left in the quiet room.
"That was fifteenth time you sighed, Bang Chan." Hongjoong said, braking the silence while taking sip from the red wine.
"I'm older than you." Chan snapped.
"Does it matter when you yourself is conflicted so much just because a random nephilim told you that you he loves you?" the smaller demon scoffed, leaning on to his husband.
Again a silence broke down in the room, stressfully.
Chan was okay and that was a big fat lie. He totally wasn't. The way Hyunjin said that one sentence and how the words rolled out of his tongue like honey was replaying in his head and echoed through every corner of it.
He was confused and he was way more confused about why be left the boy in the room.
"I love you." Hyunjin moaned out, pulling on the chains, chest heaving up and legs wrapping around the demon's waist.
Chan shuddered, a massive weight pulling his heart and he felt like his guards were down. He got scared. His breath was uneven as he unconsciously pulled out of the boy who whined at the emptiness.
Chan couldn't even remember how he put on his cloths and the next moment he was out of the room, passing through the corridor like a mad man.
"Can y'all speak?!" Hongjoong slammed a fork that he found appearing on his hand.
"Joongie, we talked about this." Seonghwa rubbed the bluenett's neck softly. "We count when we are angry and then we talk slowly when you are calm."
"Hwa... I'm sorry but I hate silence and this dumb bastard keeps sighing and it gets very tiring.
"Chan, I think you should probably got talk to that boy, sort this out or just simply kill him."
That's it...
Chan stood up, leaving the room instantly.
"I fucking hate him sometimes..." Hongjoong mumbled.
"I thought he was your favorite person." Seonghwa reminded.
"Lets just go and cuddle."
♡♡♡
Chan had a specific blade he used to kill people since he didn't like getting himself dirty by filthy creatures and he entered in to the his chamber, light torches brightening it very well.
A wave of a breeze caught him of guard and he saw the curtain moving warningly. He saw glimpse of feet from the edge of the fabric.
"Hyunjin?"
His voice was low, cutting through the tense of the atmosphere but he didn't get an answer in return.
"Hyunjin..." the demon knew it was the boy, the sweet scent alerting his senses.
The boy felt on to his knees with a numb clatter on the rugged floor.
"Hyunjin, what the fuck?!"
Chan's eyes widened as he catches the boy right on time and placed his head on his lap. The nephilim bled from both of his wrists, shakily breathing.
Wrapping his palm over one wrist, the demon spread his energy to the latter. A panic was over powering him and his solid heart shattered seeing Hyunjin gasped.
"L-let go." The boy stuttered. "I ra-rather die tha-than... st-staying here with y-you."
"Keep your eyes open." Ignoring the hurtful words Chan said, knowing very well that he deserved them. "Stay awake. Try not to fall asleep."
"To la-late. You are too late." Hyunjin spat out as he gave out a smile of painful victory before his eyes closed on its own.
"No. No...no..." Softly shaking the boy, the demon said wanting to see the nephilim wake up again. His heart was weakly beating under Chan's hold.
The dream. Everything was happening like the dream.
"What the fuck happened?"
Hongjoong came in all of a sudden, kneeling beside them. He gasped seeing the soaked carpet underneath and genuinely felt bad for the boy who he met not too long ago.
"Is there a way?" Chan whispered out as he still tried giving out his power to bring back the boy to life.
"W-what did you say?" The smaller asked not believing what he heard.
"Is there a way to bring him back... alive?"
"You killed him and now you want him alive?!" Hongjoong wanted to slap the his best friend.
"I did not kill him. He did... to himself."
The demon leaned down, closing his eyes and placing his forehead over the nephilim's.
"Oh..."
"There is a way. But I doubt it will work. It's too dangerous." Seonghwa said from behind, trying his best to ignore the bloody scent .
Bringing Hyunjin on to his best Chan sat beside. Whatever that was happening, he thought it was too rushed. Way too rushed that he himself was scared that he might loose the boy.
He was scared that he might never be able to tell Hyunjin he wanted to make them work.
Wether it is possible or forbidden.
