RULES,
━ (1) ❝ Treat everyone with kindness and respect. Always. No matter what. Any kind of disrespect will not be tolerated. Forgiveness is given easily in this community - please do not abuse that advantage ❞
━ (2) ❝ Follow LostAssassinHood to keep up with all our announcements and to spread the word about our community and activities. You'll immediately be an unofficial member of the family. You may also follow the hosts of this festival: veecadence and xx-ni-kx, but it is optional ❞
━ (3) ❝ Make sure to sign up each time a new holiday/event activity is posted if you want to participate. A new form will be available for each activity under its respective holiday, where you will have to submit your form ❞
━ (4) ❝ Please submit your entries on time. As there are sometimes multiple holidays/events in a month, and the judges need time to judge the entries, there will be no extensions available. Please keep in mind - if you signed up for the activity and did not submit an entry, you will not receive the five participation Yule Tokens ❞
━ (5) ❝ Everyone must submit their entries through a Google link in this accounts PM. If it's a piece of writing, please send the Google Doc link and if it's art/graphic design, please upload it to your Google Drive and send us the link. The reason we need Google links in PM's from everyone is to keep everything organized ❞
━ (6) ❝ Results will be out based on the amount of events in a month, so please try to be patient with us. If there are more than one events in a month, results will be out quicker in order to get the new activity of the month started, but if there's only one event/activity in a month, we will make it a longer task and extend the deadline, as well as giving judges more time to judge ❞
━ (7) ❝ All judges will only be the willing, permanent judges of our community. Password is your favorite holiday movie (please be vague about the fact that it is a password and put it in the section labeled Other on the form when you apply) ❞
━ (8) ❝ All judges will judge the entries based on the judging criteria in the next chapter to keep everything fair. If the activity does not require for entries to be a piece of writing or a design, judges will judge the entries based on their own format/methods ❞
━ (9) ❝ As mentioned in the "how it works" chapter, each participant will receive five Yule Tokens, and the winners will receive extra (please see the "how it works" chapter to find out how many Yule Tokens will be rewarded to each position). At the end of each activity, each participant will receive a graphic depicting how many Yule Tokens they've earned in the respective event. The community will be keeping track ❞
