During nine years the little Soren was being raised by his father, a Muggle (but of cause he didn't knew that). His adopted father was named Neil Alston.
He was an interesting Muggle that Albus Dumbledore met during one of his monthly trip to London. Albus was walking in the Hyde Park, when he saw a man sitting on a bench and crying. Nobody seemed to mind and were just passing by, so Albus decided to seat next to him and asked why he was crying.
Neil Alston was crying because he felt lonely. His fiancée broke up with him and ran away with another.
And so Albus decided to help him and raise his spirits. They went to a little coffee shop and Albus had a very pleasant time discovering a little bit more about the Muggles. When Neil woke up on a rainy Saturday morning, he wanted to go out and have a little walk. But when he opened his front door, he was really surprised to find a baby.
So he took the baby in his arms, went inside his house and set down the baby on his sofa. He then saw a letter put inside the blanket around the baby, Neil opened the letter and read it._______________________________________
_______________________________________My dear friend Neil,
I have a favour to ask. I know it is a lot but please, take care of this little boy. His name is Soren and I trust only you to take care of him. His parents died and he is now alone. Here I left some money to help you.
When the time is right, I'll explain you everything. But for now, know that this boy is very special.Albus Dumbledore

_______________________________________Since then, Neil raised Soren like his one son.
Soren was a strange kid sometimes. He could stay silent during hours and just observe the world around him.Soren was a skinny child, he was so pale that the sun could easily burn him if he stayed under it for to long. Soren had black hair (just like Neil, people thought that he was actually his son), and the deepest and darkest blue eyes that always seemed to spark every time he was amazed by something (Neil liked to compare them to the night sky covered with thousands stars).
Growing up, Neil had some difficulties to connect with his son. Because of the lack of communications, he always thought that Soren was bored or not happy. But it changed when Neil discovered one night how Soren loved to discover new things. This night, Neil was putting Soren in bed and the little boy asked his father if he could read to him a book. The book was actually an astrologic book, Soren found it in the little library that had the house and found the cover beautiful. That night Soren listened to every words his father was reading and was even asking questions about the book. Since then, Neil always read a book before bed time that Soren found interesting enough.
Sometimes, when Soren would get to excited about something, or to sad, or even angry (which was very rare) strange things would happened around his. Like a light bulb would break or wilted flowers would be fresh once again. Neil had his suspicions, he knew that Albus Dumbledore was not an ordinary man, so he guessed that this was what was so special about the boy. Whatever the cause was, even if it was Soren himself, Neil loved the boy liked it was his own.
