I finally found my way out of the foster care and into early entry into college. I really had to work at getting myself free of the foster system and I did. I had my employer put my check directly into an account and a trusted teacher allowed me to use her mailing address for my accounts. I started working and hiding my money at the bus station near us. My locker at school was unsafe. I was finally able to get one of those accounts for kids. So I hid everything from my foster parents and the other kids. It was hard to do. People knew I worked and they tried to get my money, but the employer's helped me hide it for a while. I am getting my independence from the foster system and a caseworker and a few teachers helped me get a scholarship to college at sixteen. I was given an attorney's number and started purchasing stocks and started looking for a company once I had the cash to buy one. I stayed busy and got my degree and started working for a small company as a purchasing agent. I worked myself up to head of purchasing and then I found a company and bought it from the owner who sold it to me on contract and he was thrilled when after two years he was paid in full. I kept most of the employees on and hired a bodyguard after I had to fire one of the upper management after he made a pass at me thinking I was the new owners assistant. He wouldn't take no for an answer. My knee to his groin gave him all the answer he needed. He was arrested and served very little time in jail. Jack Hyde was thinking he would be made CEO after mr Walker retired. When he discovered mr Walker sold the company and to a woman he thought he was going to push the owner around at the staff meetings. He had talked the other gentleman into bullying me into running the company his way. What an idiot. A R Steele Agency is mine, all mine no one man or woman will tell me how to run my own company.
Jack Hyde
A R Steele our new boss was a beautiful young lady, I thought Anastasia was the owners assistant so I came onto her. She was in the bosses office and I walked in and locked the door. I had no idea this five foot two girl was actually the new owner when I came up behind her and fondled her breast. Suddenly I was grabbing my crotch and she unlocked the door while calling for security to call the cops on me. I tried to explain myself, but she told me it didn't matter if I was the boss or the assistant to the boss that I had no right to touch her in any way shape or form. The fact I locked the door and grabbed her breast told me she couldn't afford to keep me employed at her company and fired me on the spot and pressed charges against me. She had a company wide meeting and found out I had been notorious about grabbing females and they came forward and pressed charges as well. My girlfriend in HR was terminated as well. Elizabeth Morgan is in jail as well.

I told the staff if anybody has an issue with being sexual harassed to come directly to her and her new assistant Gladys Warner. Gladys might look gentle and modest, but under all those deceptive clothes, she could walk a catwalk with the best of them. She is a bodyguard as well. So she gets the big bucks. She has been training our female staff and some of our male staff how to defend themselves. I pay her extra for this. I want my people safe at all times. She brought in some computer geeks as well and they have set us up some nice equipment for cost. They don't work for me full time because I can't afford them. They do however keep everything safe and updated and upgraded security wise. Barney Miller is relatively quiet and has a crush on Jewel Anderson my assistant. I hired a new HR person and someone to replace Hyde. I decided to give the head of HR another chance since his mind was on his dying daughter when Hyde started his nonsense. She passed away during my purchase of the company. I called him with my sympathy and explained everything to him and let him know he still has a job if he wants it, but changes will be discussed.

Elizabeth Morgan actually had the nerve to call me from jail to get me to bail her out of jail. I was having her and Hyde investigated while I was sitting by my daughter Darla's death bed with my wife Lisa and son Timothy while she took her last breath. We buried her on a very sunny day and miss Steele attended and gave employees the day off to attend Darla's funeral. The turn out was major, miss Steele had flowers delivered to us and gave me two weeks off with pay to be with my wife and son. Lisa, Tim and I flew to a place where Darla loved to go to. Disneyland in Florida we rode all her favorite rides and got her Minnie ears and ate her favorites. Anastasia told me that she saw that I had began an investigation into the sexual harassment that miss Morgan was covering up and she wants me to continue the investigation and have an open door policy on further sexual harassment charges in the future. She is looking over the documents for employment and want to see if they can be updated to be very clear on these matters. Lisa really liked miss Steele after she left she told me that the company would grow and if I stayed on and followed her directions she would build it to nationwide and possibly internationally. I found out she is like twenty at this point.
