Having been presumed dead, Akira woke up without any recollection of who he was. The only thing he does remember was his name, and the memory of a vivid ravenette with blood red eyes, along with her kind smile.
However, there is another thing he doe...
A month had passed since Night Raid had been on the Marg Highlands, training. Currently, Akame and Susanoo had went out fishing onto a nearby river.
The two sat in their boat, the red-eyed girl having a onigiri in hand and a fishing pole in the other. Akame's fishing pole then began to move, the girl beginning to feel a tug on it.

Akame: "Ah! I got a bite!"
Susanoo perked up, noticing a small speck of rice on the side of Akame's mouth. He quickly reached over and picked it, a satisfied nod with it. At the same time, a giant fish had leaped out of the water and was now heading for them.
But Susanoo was already aware of the threat and prepped his mace, thrusting it upwards as it struck the belly of the beast. Akame smiled as she faced Susanoo, holding onto her straw hat.
Akame: "Tonight we'll feast! Su-san!"

Later on in the day, the two brought it back. Akame had went into her room and Akira's, the two sharing a room now that they were together, and practically dragged him out of bed. The icy blue-eyed teen wished to rest for the day, considering they had been training all most nonstop, but he couldn't say no to the girl's pleading eyes.
In the end, both Akira and Susanoo cooked up the large fish, albeit with a bit of arguments as to who was going to be taking the lead to cook. Dinner time then rolled around and the fish was finally finished, it being served to everyone else. During it, Akira would have to constantly slap away Akame's hands to make sure she didn't get extra servings.
Once dinner was finished, everyone began to do their own thing. Lubbock and Mine were in the living room, Najenda, Leone, Akame, Tatsumi, Susanoo, and Akira were left in the dining room.
Leone: (satisfied smile) "Su's and Akira's cooking is delicious! All my exhaustion from training is gone!"
Akame: "Thanks, Su-san, Akira!"
Akira: (sigh) "Well, it could've been better if I added those Leidan peppers."
Susanoo: "It would've made the texture worse. That's why I added in the Kettler ginger to improve it's texture and it's taste."
