The sunlight reflected in the glass window of a vintage cafe, a lady looking at the beautiful scenery from the window. It seems she's thinking too deep, deep as the ocean.

"Madeline, I have a plan, befriend Amber and as time goes on, tell her you like her. Make her feel that you love her in short, ruin them in every way you know. If you need to physically hurt them, do it. Crush them 'til I'm fully satisfied. I know Asher would be confused by what would happen, then I know he'll get drunk in the bar. There I would seduce him to have him back again. Madeline, I know you can do that, aren't you bisexual? So there's a possibility you'll fall for that cheap lady. After I get Asher back, you can have her. You've done this before. There's no backing up here, or else our friendship will be over." These words kept crossing Madeline's mind. Her body shivers down as she thinks of what Andree said to her.

A few minutes later, Amber arrived. From afar, she saw Madeline sitting in the window; she gently walked towards her. As her white skirt swayed with the air, Madeline sways her body listening to the old music in the cafe.

Madeline heard some footsteps, so she turned around and saw that Amber was behind her. Amber acted like a mannequin staring at her while showing her puffy smile. Madeline gently put her hands on Amber's face, and they both giggled.

After that, Amber took a seat and ordered. Amber was amazed at the beautiful scenery; a few moments later, Madeline had the urge to start the conversation.

"Earlier, You tried to surprise, me again Amber?" Madeline asked.

"Yes, but as always, you are always ahead of me. It seems like you know my footsteps and all," Amber replied. Madeline laughed, hearing what Amber said. Afterward, Their order came, and they ate lunch together.

"By the way, Madeline, what are you going to say to me?" Amber said.

"About that, I don't know how to say it, but I always saw you around the campus. Every time I see you, my heart begins to rase. In short, I've liked you for a year now, I've always wanted to talk to you, but I don't have the urge to. The other day, I had the desire to; we became friends." Madeline replied.

"Hindi ko alam sasabihin ko sa kanya, ayoko rin naman na sabihin kay Asher itong nangyayari. Lord, bakit naman ganito?Hiniling ko lang naman na sana may magkagusto sa akin, hindi ko inaasahan pati babae magkakagusto sa akin. Hay buhay nga naman, bahala na. Sana tumawag naman si Fay sa akin ngayon na para makaalis na ako dito, 'di ko na rin alam gagawin", Amber said in her mind.

Then she suddenly heard that her phone kept ringing. She grabbed it and saw that Fay was calling her; she looked at her, then Madeline nodded.

Amber stood up to answer the call, and when it was over, she returned to their table. Said, "Uhm, sorry, Madeline, but I have to go now; Fay needs me. Next time we'll talk about this, promise." Madeline didn't know what to say, so she just nodded.

Amber said goodbye to her, and she hurriedly got into the jeepney to go to school because Fay said she needed to tell her something at school.

She took her ID out of her bag and scanned it in the scanner. When the guard checked her bag, Asher walked towards her. He grabbed her hands and ran immediately.

"Asher, where are we going?" Amber said

"Somewhere," He replied

"But I have to go to Fay," Amber replied.

"Just trust me, okay?"He replied. Amber just nodded to him, and they ran as fast as they could.

After minutes of running, they stopped in front of a poster about a poem writing contest. Amber is trying to catch her breath.

"Are you tired?" Asher asked.

"Of course, do you expect me not to get tired when we kept running since earlier" she replied.

"Me, I'm not tired; it's okay for me to run all day as long as I'm holding your hand," Asher replied.

"Ah ewan ko sayo. Ang arte mo ngang lalaki ka eh," Amber said.

Asher didn't know what she was saying, so he said, "Uhm, excuse me?"

"Ah, I mean, you're kinda cheesy," Amber replied.

"Ah, by the way, why are we here?" She added.

"Oh, look at the poster," Asher said.

Amber was looking at it, but her mind was thinking of something else.

"About that, I don't know how to say it, but I always saw you around the campus. Every time I see you, my heart begins to rase. In short, I've liked you for a year now, I've always wanted to talk to you, but I don't have the urge to. Yesterday, I had the desire to; we became friends." These words kept crossing her mind.

Nahalata ni Asher na parang lutang si Amber kaya tinapik niya ito sa braso at nagulat ito at sabay sabing "Ah yes?"

"So back to what I was saying earlier, I am excited to share this poster. It says any grade level can join the contest. Amber, you can participate in the competition," Asher said.

"But—"She replied

"No more buts, join here. You know what? When I first saw this earlier, I first thought of you. It would be best if you tried it," Asher replied.

"Are you okay?" he added.

"Ah yes, I'm very much fine," Amber said.

"About the poem writing contest, I'll think of it," she added.

"Yay! thank you, my tinatangi. I'll support you," Asher said.

"Wait, did you just say tinatangi?" she asked. Asher nodded to her as a response.

"Tinatangi means special someone, "Amber said.

"Ah yes, I know. I called you that because you are my tinatangi," Asher said. Amber kept silent and slapped his hands because she was shy.

"tinatangi niya daw ako, jusko naman Asher Lopez. Baka sa susunod maging Amber Yves G. Lopez na pangalan ko niyan. Kinikilig ako ng sobra sayo. Pero hay nako, naalala ko si Madeline pala umamin kanina. Lord, ano na gagawin ko? Bigyan niyo naman po ako ng sign ano dapat kong gawin" Amber said in her mind.
