Hello Hello Hello!!
My darlings, my angels, my most wonderful people! How is everyone? Fantastic, I hope! It has been an absolute eternity, but I have returned to continue working on this story! So much has happened! I graduated high school and am now almost finished with my first year of college! Can you believe it?? I certainly can't lol. But! I am so happy to be back! You guys have been asking for an update and I am here to deliver!!
I want to apologize, however, for the long long wait. Somewhere along the line I lost my passion for writing, and I just couldn't get myself to come on here and put words to paper. But if you've noticed, I've started updating a new story and that really zapped me back into action. Inspiration brought me back to all of my stories and I am (hopefully) here to stay. I'm older now, I feel that I have a better control over my time management, and I want to continue improving my writing and spending quality time with you all for the long run. I hope you guys stick around, there are only better things to come.
Thank you so very much for waiting and I hope, from the bottom of my heart, that you all enjoy this chapter!
[Side Note: I heavily encourage you to read the last few chapters before beginning this one]

Minho felt like the floor had swallowed him whole. His vision was blurry, and he couldn't quite take a full breath in. He was sure, if it weren't for Chan grabbing ahold of his arm, that he would have fallen.
Minhyuk was leaning against the doorframe, picking at a piece of dirt underneath his nail.
He looked relaxed, calm almost to the point of boredom, but the sharp flick of his tail gave away his true hostility. And his scent, sulfur and ash, was enough to make Minho's eyes water. It penetrated the apartment, seeping into crevices and poisoning the familiar husk of their home. Minho hoped he was wrong, but he was sure the kids would be able to smell it from the bedroom.
"Hello boys, long time no see." The alpha crooned, smiling as if they were long lost friends, reuniting. His eyes roamed the inside of their home, quizzically cataloguing every visible nook and cranny.
Felix, in a show of bravery, hissed, drawing Minhyuk's attention.
"Down kitty," He purred mockingly before giving Chan a pointed look, "Well, can't I come in? It's impolite not to invite guests inside, Channie."
"You are no guest, and you will not step foot within my home," Chan snarled with bared teeth. He seemed to be having a hard time controlling his emotions as his scent jumped from angry charred lemon to controlled and muted lemon tart.
Minhyuk held up his hands, even took a step backwards as if to prove that he could play nicely, was there to have a simple conversation. He surveyed the hybrids in the hallway, first to Chan, then to Seungmin who stood rigidly behind him, on over to Hyunjin and Felix, and finally he landed on Minho. When Minho stiffened, Minhyuk smiled coyly, flashing his canines as he snickered, amused by the reaction.
"So many hybrids under one roof, Chan," Minhyuk mused conversationally, "Surely it must be tiring for you trying to keep track of them all. I'd love to take little Jeongin off your hands, that beautiful red coat would make an excellent pelt."
"Watch it!" Hyunjin growled, vibrating with anger as his eyes blazed a fiery red.
Minhyuk tut, looking Hyunjin over as if he were nothing more than a speck of dirt on his boots.
