Seeing What the Parents Were Like as Kids

Once up in the loft we began looking for the other Christmas decorations. While searching we found other stuff and some of our old toys and had a laugh remembering them. I found the doll that pees when you feed her water and she still had her bottle and Mick took her from me and hid her which made me figure out what he was going to do. with her. Dad was looking through a box when he pulled something out "Hey I found some old baby clothes" I looked at him "Mine or Draco's?" Dad checked "One's your dress and the other is Draco's shirt and pants" Piers came over with a box of tree ornaments and showed them to dad who told him they go downstairs. Draco looked through some more boxes "Uh Dad..before mum right?" Dad went and looked and quickly took the box "Yes, I thought I got rid of these" Piers was laughing as he knew what they were as he got into trouble with Becca for having them but he got rid of them at least I think he did either that or Mick got ahold of them when he was younger." I found a box of decorations and distracted my brother with them. "You found our handmade christmas decorations" I nodded and picked one up "Your Frosty the lopsided Snowman" He laughed and picked something up "Your attempt at making an elf" I laughed "Yeah, epic fail but it's still cute" Mick picked up a snowflake "Who made this?' Draco looked at it "Mum when she was teaching us how to make them out of paper" I had to ask Mick to help get a box down and he did and we looked through it "Hey dad is this you?" I hold up a picture for him to see and he looks at it "Yeah that's me when I was six and yes I have my finger in my nose, your mum has a picture simular to that, would you like to see what your mum and I were like when we kids?" Draco pulls another picture out "What's this one?" Piers seen it "That's me, your dad and Leon when we started our journey" Mick was staring at it "You had short hair" Piers laughs "Yeah I did but then I let it grow out, like you did" Dad got some other pictures and let us see them. He showed us one of his that looked right like Draco's potty picture. I laughed "Oh wow Draco copied you" Dad laughed "Yeah, I was sitting on my training potty and mum was trying to get me off of it so I grabbed a book which like your brother is upside down and pretended to read it when I barely knew how to read" Piers sends a message to Becca and asks her to find the box he has his childhood photos in and bring them over that the kids want to see what thier parents were like when they were kids. Dad showed us one of Mum, Grandpa Colress was holding her and he had her wrapped up in his lab coat but she had a big smile on her face. I had to smile as it was cute. Piers found a picture and let us see it "The baby I'm holding is my sister Marnie, she was newborn and your dad came over to see her and at the time my mum and dad were around, mum took this photo. Dad looked at him "Do you have a copy if not I can make you one" Piers nods and tells him he'd like that very much as he didn't have a copy of it. Piers laughed and showed us a picture "This what happens when you give your dad to much sugar" We took a look at the picture and laughed as dad was about seven or eight years old and was making faces at the camera. Becca messaged Piers that she was on her way over and so were the others. We got the decorations and took them along with the box of pictures down to the living room.
