Kindness and Generosity

We were working in Hammerlocke digging people and businesses out of the snow and at one point Kai had turned a rubbish bin lid into a snowboard and couldn't stop and crashed into a building making us all run over to make sure he was ok and he was just had a bump in the middle of his forehead. Draco said he now had an idea of what to get Kai for Christmas that year. We also decorated Hammerlocke and put a big Christmas Tree in the town square making the people happy, we actually did that for all the cities and towns in Galar though the tree for Spikemuth was a bit smaller so i fit because of the inclosed roof. Every town has its town grump but I swear Hammerlocke had the village idiot as one woman was always running around yelling about this and that...I really think she lost her mind and everyone agrees with me on that one. After ignoring the village idiot we went to warm up and have some cocoa and talk about the party and how to take Maya down. We all went to our favorite cafe in Hammerlocke for some Hot Cocoa and both Bryan and I wanted some of thier warm cinnomin buns. We knew that last Christmas was hard for a lot of people due to an illness outbreak that killed many and made other lose thier jobs or thier buisnesses but as this year things were starting to get back to normal but still people still had it hard until they go where they needed to be. We were all eating and enjoying our cocoa when a woman and her kids came in to get out of the cold and I could tell her kids were hungry but she kept saying they couldn't afford it right now. I seen Bryan look over then he got up and went and talked to the woman and her kids then went up to the counter and few seconds later he came back with a tray and sat it on thier table and told them to enjoy and they said they would and thanked him over and over again. The woman who was crying out of happiness looked at him "Thank you so much, it's been so rough for me, I lost my husband and my job and I've been looking for work for awhile now, your kindess and generousity mean alot to me" I called Leon and spoke with him then wrote something down and walked over to the table "Exscuse me Ma'am, I couldn't help but over hear that your looking for work, our friend Leon owns and runs the battle tower in Wyndon and he's looking for some help running it, don't worry about experience he'll train you" I placed the card down in front of her "This is his phone number and the address of the battle tower, call him and talk with him, he'll help you and if you need a place to live, the number under his is my dad's he owns flats here in Hammerlocke and will work with you so you have a place to live" The Little girl realized who I was "Mummy! that's Morganna the gym leader of Hammerlocke gym!" I smiled and nodded "The one who bought you the food and drinks is my friend Bryan" I then called the others over and introduce them to the woman and her kids, the woman's name was Louise and her daughters name was Layla and son's name was Jimmy. We quieted down as Louise was on the phone and once she was off she smiled "Leon's going to start me tomorrow and your dad has a flat lined up, but I need a babysitter" I smiled "No problem, we live near the flats dad owns, we can watch your little ones and besides" I placed my hand on my baby bump "It'll be practice for when my little ones are born" Mick looked at her "We'll even help you get moved in" Louise nods and thanks us yet again.
