Chapter Sixteen

Lilith pov:

Woking up in the middle of the night. I groan a little and rub my eyes. I look down and I'm sleeping on Hades. He is looking so cute with a pouting face. I giggle quietly and try to get up but he didn't let me.  I frown and slide down. He groans a little but falls into sleep again. I sometimes wondered how can he sleep at night while sleeping the whole day.

I went out of the room and went downstairs yawning. I want water, I'm feeling so thirsty. I went to the kitchen but I saw lights on. I start looking while hiding behind the wall. I saw Ivan is looking for something in the drawers. I frown because he is looking angry and also in hurry.

I asked walking inside: "Ivie"

He turns around and said simply: "what are you doing here at that time?"

I said pouting: "water but what are you looking for?"

He said blankly: "there was a bottle in the drawer"

I said pouting: "those bad medicines"

He looks at me and his eyes turn dark making me flinch a little. He asked blankly in a dark voice: "yes, where are they?"

I said simply: "I throw them"

He looks at me dead in the eyes and came towards me making me back away and hit on the kitchen counter. He growled glaring at me: "what the fuck do you think about yourself?"

I jumped in fear and tears rolled down my cheeks. I whimper pouting: "you also changing like mom"

He groans and punches the counter next to me making me yelp. He pull his hair and groaned: "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I never mean to hurt you. I just can't control it"

I hug his torso while sobbing and mumble softly: "you're not like mom. She changed because of those medicines but she never felt bad for hitting me"

He wraps his arms around. He said gently: "I don't know what to do. It's making me angry"

I said sobbing: "you will be fine. I pray to God to make you better soon"

He smiles at me and I said simply: "go sleep"

He said shrugging: "I can't"

I frown and he pours some water and gives me making me smile. I asked softly taking a few sips of water: "did you take your medicines?"

He shook his head. I said simply: "pick me"

He look at me with furrowed eyebrows. He picks me and sat me on the counter. I stand on it and open a drawer. I pull out a bottle of medicine which the doctor gives him. David put one here and I remember it. I pull out one pill and put it back. I give it to him and said sternly: "here, it will make you feel better and help you to sleep"

He looks at me with raised eyebrows making me giggle. He shook his head and swallow the medicine with water. I said smiling patting his head: "good boy"

I saw him flinching back a little bit. I frown and look at him confused not understanding what happened to him. His eyes roam around looking scared. He said blankly: "don't call me that"

I frown and pout then nod my head. He said simply: "go sleep, Lily"

I smile and walk upstairs. He turn off the lights and went back to his room. I pout while thinking about him. I went to David room and saw them sleeping peacefully. I went to the bed between them and fall asleep after some time.

David pov:

Woking up while thinking about my day. I thought about the usual boring morning but I open my eyes and saw Lilith is sleeping on me. Her head is in the crook of her neck while one hand is holding my bicep and another one is laying on my chest. I smile and Hades groaned. Wait a minute, what time it is? If Hades is woking up right now, I'm definitely late. I pick my phone from the nightstand with a little difficulty. I look at the time and my eyes widened. It's 11 am. How did I sleep so long?
