The cusp of the peaceful fall, was nearing its footsteps at the lap of the retrieving monsoon. The shores had been decorated well with ornamenting flags and flowers, to welcome the Chuseok. And the little cottage resort we were staying at, was vibing in a lovely scent of rose and sandalwood.

Sunoo had decided to take off the day in the embrace of the nature in the little island of Jeju. I had once come here on a class excursion, the first time with Addie. And now at the vespering evening, I was staring at the diamond crowned marmoris of the torrynic waves that absquatulated the coast.

Seated in a little mess of paints, I was sketching a story of the scene I could see. And my picture was being blessed by that tall and lean silhouette of a Romeo, I wish I had.

The breeze was swaying along the trees and I was dancing my hands on my canvas. It had been ages since I took part into painting. Monetary crisis had pushed me into stopping all these but now that I have finally made it out for myself, I have started to find felicity in the delicacy of life.

"Sunoo-ah!" I cooed at the boy, sitting next to me and staring at the ocean.

"Hmm?" He hummed back.

"How's this?" I presented my artwork Infront of his eyes, waiting to receive a feedback.

"Hey! You drew a tesseract?" He chuckled at me. I pondered at his question. Where does he see a tesseract?

"Tesseract?"

"Hmm. Look at these stars, their constellation makes a tesseract." He drew with his finger, hovering over my painting. Connecting those stars, it drew a geometrical diagram of the tesseract.

His eyes beamed with a cheerful smile and glea in them. It felt like, if I was a lonely sky, his mesmerising globes were the twinkling gems of the night, that were shining like little pearls.

The night was luminous, with the full moon shining over head. Although, I'm unsure if it were for the moon or his presence that I liked the view more.

"Guys!" I heard Addie calling us as she joined our team. Soobin and Yeonjun followed back and sat on respective chairs themselves. They were on offs as well and we couldn't plan a greater reunion. If it weren't to happen today, we might not meet up any time sooner.

"Hoddup!" I stopped her body with a jerk as she almost tripped over the small crab that had a little cardiac arrest.

"Thanks..." She laughed like an innocent baby and that fiery red blush on her pale cheeks had Yeonjun laugh at her.

"Wanna sing, y'all?" Soobin rang the strings of his guitar. He passed me a guitar and I nodded in agreement. Setting aside my paints and canvas, I helped Yeonjun and Sunoo set up the bonfire.

"I need to get something off my chest
'Cause lately I have been upset
You make me wanna dress in red
And sing with my head out the window
I know it’s better to be cold
Better to wonder than to know
And so I'm gonna play the role
There might be some tears on my pillow
