Rosalind's POV
After school I meet up with Rebekah and try to sneak up the back.

"Hi, Rosalind where are you going?" Ethan comes behind us and we turn around.

"Where's the other one?" I ask.

"He has something else to do, so you're stuck with just me, so I ask where are you going? I mean it's not really a question you are grounded so it's time to go home." Ethan says.

"I think that you should go home and I should hang out with Rebekah." I smile and walk away.

Ethan grabs my arm, and I stop.

"Rosalind this is not a debate." He grips my arm tighter and pulls me up towards the front of the school.

Half way there I rip my arm out of his grip. "I can walk myself. I know where we're going."

"I know you do, but," he grabs my arm again, "if I let you walk on your own you are going to start running the other way."

I get on his bike and he drive home.

"Where's Aiden?" My dad asks Ethan.

"He has a job to do." He replies.

"Perfect. Rosalind up to your room."

"This again." I sigh.

"Yes, and it will be this way for the next week and maybe more depending on how you act."

I turn to fo to my room roll my eyes and head up. When I get in Morrell closes the mountain ask circle.

Ethan's POV

"What does Aiden have?" Deucalion asks just as Rosalind is in her room.

"He got a date with Lydia." I say.

"And what about you with Danny?"

"I didn't see him today, but I am still working on it."

I leave and go up to see Rosalind.

"What do you want?" She turns to me.

"I thought we could talk." I lean against the door frame.

"I'm good, with being alone. Don't feel like you need to be here, no matter what my dad says."

"You're right I don't need to be here. I want to be here."

"Fine then you lean there and I'll be over here ignoring you."

"You are going to be with me all the time, why not try and like me?" I say it more as a statement than a question.

"I don't think you'll last." She goes and sits on her bed.

"What is that supposed to mean?" I push off from the wall.

"Well you are going to leave, you just are. Everyone does, or they just stop caring. You and your brother are no different."

"But what if we are different."

"You won't be. Trust me, just watch."

"I look forward to proving you wrong." I smile.

"Good luck with that. I guessing that means your not leaving."

"Nope."

"Great." She rolls her eyes.

"What's your favorite color."

"You can be here but I'm not playing a game of twenty questions."

"Then we can skip the boring ones, and I won't ask twenty. There has to be something that you want to ask me." I sit down.

"Fine, there is one thing." she comes over and sits down. "How did you and your brother get in the pack."

"Here's a story. We weren't like Kali and Ennis when we met him. We weren't alphas. We were omegas. Omegas are the scapegoat, the last to eat, the one who has to take the abuse from the rest of the pack."

"I know what an omega is Ethan."

"No you really don't, no one does unless they are one. Our pack were killers. I mean, people talk about us as monsters. Well, they were the ones who gave us the reputation. And our Alpha was the worst of them. Deucalion, your dad helped us out."

"How did he do that?"

"We can do this thing. It's called voltron wolf. We can merge together and become one larger more powerful wolf. And then, we fought. We took down the whole pack, one-by-one. And by the time we got to our Alpha, he was begging for his life. And we tore him apart. Literally."

"Why? Why didn't you two just leave. You didn't have to kill all of them."

"Actually we did. It was out 'deal'. To be able to join this pack we have to kill everyone else in the pack. Including the emissary."

"That's awful. So you only became alphas after you killed your alpha. Which was when like two days before you came here."

"Pretty much."

"That's all I wanted to know." She gets up.

"Wait. I get to ask a question now. It's only fair."

"You can ask but I may not answer." She sits back down.

"Let's see. Depending on what happened and how long ago it was, you don't have to answer. This is kind of personal."

"Ok, go ahead."

"What happened to your mom? Where is she?"

She pauses. "I don't know who my mother is. She gave me to my dad because she didn't want me. So I have never met her, and we'll be has always cared about building the perfect alpha pack more then he has ever cared about me. He always gives me these babysitters like you and your brother. First it was Kali, he thought that because she was a girl that I would like her more. She didn't care about me, she was only there because that was what she was told to do. After that it was Morrell but she was always busy so just to know where J was she would lock me up like this. Then after her there were about five others but I never bothered to learn their names because I knew they wouldn't last long. Just like you and your brother. Now you see why I make the assumptions I do. It's just logic and statistics." She heads back over to her bed and I find it best to leave.

We find out more about Rosalind's past. I hope you liked this one.
