Esdeaths Lover

Chapter four

There was no other exits. I was trapped, trapped with a monster. Anger started to show on my face and it came apparent when Esdeath began to look at me confused. I no longer felt intrigued by Esdeath, now i couldn't see where she got her nickname from she was cruel and narcissistic, putting her selfish desires before anyone else's. People like her are what Night Raid had fought to destroy, everyone last but of my power i was going to use to escape and return to kill her.
"you are most likely wondering why it is ive spared your life, am i correct?" her words meant nothing and i refused to answer her.
"Are you not going to answer me?" she began to step closer to me yanking the chains as she went until we met face to face she was seething with anger and i felt proud of myself that i was able to provoke such a beast.
"Let me repeat myself" her tone was now annoyed. " i'm going to be really clear when i say this, you will listen to me and you will serve me properly or you will soon be meeting your demise" i know she meant and it sent a shiver up my spine how could she just throw around the threat of death so lightly.
"You're a sadist you know" i was mumbling at this point, her presence was too dominating. A small smile began to form on her face.
"Believe me i know" Esdeath was like the Villain in the story that your mother told you as a child, the villain in the book that got away with everything after running away. Her words imprinted in my mind, what could she possibly mean?
I had too many questions that where running around in my mind. The particular sentence that she had spoke 'Believe me i know' what does that mean there were so many possibilities but one that i couldn't possibly shake, was she going to inflict torture on me? i felt sick to my stomach and my throat began to burn. My mind started to race and my vision blurred. Before I could sit down i found myself falling to the ground and everything went black.

I started stretching and inhaled the smell of warm bread, it reminded me of Night Raid mornings when Akame would cook for us. However i began to realise i wasn't with Night Raid anymore i was trapped in Esdeath domain, here she ran free and i was but just her prisoner. I began to feel ill again and attempted to sit up but my chains had other plans i was restrained to the bed and i could only lift up my head to look around the room, it was still the same i hadn't magically escaped i was still trapped. My head felt sore and i couldn't feel my legs, i was numb.
"glad to see you're awake" Esdeaths chilling voice sent chills up my spine. I looked up at her i still hadn't received a proper explanation to why i'm not dead yet.
