Esdeaths Lover

Chapter fourteen

This is probably only going to be around 600 words because i'm pretty tired tonight :)

My night ended as quickly as it started. I woke up and could feel the bags under my eyes. Esdeath was already gone. Presumably ordering around seryu and those others. Even the thought of them made me fill with rage.
Standing up i saw that there was a small platter of food waiting at the foot of the bed, it smelt so good!
I slipped on my shoes that had laid sprawled across the floor all night and dressed myself in my dress. I noticed that the door had been left slightly ajar and i opened it fully only to reveal that i was freely able to walk around wherever i went. My first thought was to go outside and just run and that's where i went. As i got outside i felt a pulling force begin to weigh me down, the further and further away i got from the door the heavier i felt. I could feel a shock in my neck and i looked down to reveal i had a collar around me with strange flashing coming from it. How odd?
"you should really go back inside Miss Esdeath won't like you being out here" i jumped as a gruff voice barked at me. You would think with all the events i'd been through i wouldn't be so sensitive to noise and violence but the truth was that i really was sensitive.
"Oh? i'm really sorry i'll come inside" i don't know why i was being so complacent but i just couldn't fight back or fight for my freedom anymore. I had given in at this point.
"I didn't expect you to be so easy" the confusion in the guards voice amused me. It was refreshing.
"I've given in at this point" i called back.
"you really shouldn't give up otherwise our attempt to save you may all be in vain" i turned around to see that Lubbock was stood there in a guards uniform somehow blending in even with his bright green hair. I was startled at this fact.
"How did you find me?" i already knew the answer ever since i was initially kidnapped they kept a tracker on me the times we all went out.
"It was easy and besides i was following you the whole time, so are you happy to see me?" of course i was happy to see me and nodded slowly. I reached out for him and we begun to run towards the front of the Esdeaths residence only to see that she had returned. Her hands were on her hips and she was looking down at me.
"where are you going dear?" i froze in fear.
"i'm just exploring"
"return to our room this instance" i admitted defeat and started to trail back to the room. Lubbock ripped his helmet off and screamed something inaudible to Esdeath which only seemed to infuriate her and that's when it happened.
