Jasmine

"So it's a yes?" Michael asked when I told him that I'd go on a date with them.

I nodded my head.

"That's amazing. I'm so glad" He smiled. "so do you want to go individually or-"

"Individually but you guys choose who goes first, second, and third because I've already made the first decision"

"Of course. I'll talk to them later"

I smiled softly and nodded my head, making him tilt his head a bit.
"Are you okay?" He asked with concern in his voice.

I shrugged "yeah" I turned to walk out of his office but he grabbed my arm, gently, and turned me around.

"Jasmine" he said sternly.

Oh wow.

"It's nothing. The- Nevermind. It's nothing. I promise"

He pulled me closer to him.

Wow.

"It's not nothing. Was it Theodore? It was Theo, wasn't it? What did he do? Did he hurt you?" He grabbed my chin, softly, and turned my head side to side.

I shrugged again.

"Stop shrugging."

"He keeps talking to me and making me uncomfortable. Like, he saw you guys come to my room and he said that he's going to find out what's happening and, I quote, 'they'll be sorry for taking you away from me'" I looked down at our shoes.

His shoes are so fancy.

He cleared his throat, making me look up to see him with a worried look on his face.
"We'll talk to him"

"What? No! Don't make this more worse than it already is"

"We won't hurt him or anything. We'll just talk."

I raised my eyebrows at him "Can I be there?"

"I would love to have you there but you can ask Alex or Leo about that."

What?

I nodded my head "okay"

"Good girl." He smiled.

These losers are going to be the death of me.

. . . .

Michael

"So you think he knows?" Leo asked as we walked up to our house.

I shrugged "How are we going to talk to him without him telling his dad. Surely Bo would tell his son about his enemies. I mean, Pa did"

"We can't be pussies about this, Mike. This isn't going to be like last time"

"I know. I know. Let's talk about this with Pa and focus on the dates" I said the las part excitedly.

. . .

"She doesn't like seafood and she doesn't eat beef or pork. She's not allergic to anything and that's it, I think" I told the other two while we were sitting at the kitchen counter.

"How do you know all of this?" Alex asked.

"I listened"

"Fair enough. So when are we going?"
