Ranboo was uncertain, the hybrid had came to the overworld to visit his younger brother. which in turn had lead to his brothers exile from this nation. a fire that was both their mistakes due to Tommy using his way of teleportation inside of someones home. it was an accident truly but nobody seemed to believe his brother, all because of a human wearing a very atrocious shade of green and a terribly painted white mask with a lopsided smile.

Dream was someone who dubbed himself a ruler of these lands, he was someone who craved power and he was someone that their mother had been warned of. Ranboo had sent her letters daily since his arrival into the overworld. speaking of his visit here nobody knew of who he was, nor his status to them he was just a simple enderman hybrid with memory issues.

That was fine, he didn't wish to make connections here. the less they cared for him the better for when he left this cold place he wouldn't return, however the young prince was snapped from his thoughts. swirls of fire erupted in his living room, as a figure appeared before him.

His younger brother stood there, the necklace he once had to wear hiding his true appearance griped in his hand. "The deadline has reached it's tole" the blonde spoke, "I shall be returning home, however you are to stay here for I have a task for you brother".

Ranboo tilted his head to the side, his tail moving left and right. "a task?" he asked curious yet concerned. his brother hadn't ask for much from him in the time he was here and well even if the hybrid wished to return home with his brother he would do as asked whatever it was for they were family.

Tommy moved closer to his brother, getting on his tip toes and whispering his plans. making certain no prying ears would overhear before he stepped back seeing the expression that had appeared on his brothers face. "this is goodbye for now, I hope you succeed brother".

"I won't let you down" Ranboo told his younger brother. and with that Tommy had vanished in a flurry of flames and the hybrid stared at the remains of his rug he was lucky the entire house did not go ablaze. cleaning up the remains and tossing a new rug over the scorch marks, the hybrid couldn't help the smile that slowly made it's way to his face.

Yes he was once uncertain, but now he had a goal a task a reason a purpose. one that he would quite enjoy watching play out, even if it meant getting close to the people he had told himself he wouldn't. for in this world it was keep your family close but your enemies closer after all.

Tubbo was terrified, his hands shook as he tried to force himself to calm his nerves. Tommy's compass lay in front of him on his desk. Dream had came with the news of his friends passing, with the news it had sent the president into a sense of panic. the masked man was forced out of the room by Quackity the moment the panic had set in.

He felt like he was drowning till he caught his breath, the beanie wearing male helped the president catch himself. "I think you should head home" the male told him "get some rest me and the rest will take care of the paperwork". he had no room to refuse as he was soon out of his chair and being led out the door of his office.

The ram horned teen found himself walking down the path to his home before taking a detour, his hand lifting to knock on the front door of the newest member to the smp lands. Ranboo opened the door letting the shorter male inside and that night Tubbo spent curled up on the couch of someone he barely knew.

The comfort of a stranger was always more welcoming than the ones he grew to know. and maybe in time the enderman hybrid wouldn't be just a stranger. maybe in time they would become friends, but for now he was a shoulder to cry on and a person for comfort and that was all Tubbo needed right now.

For come the next morning he would be forced to burry an empty casket. forced to burry the only memory he had of someone who was once his best friend. forced to face the factor that it was his fault Tommy was gone.
