I enter the house and say with glee and my arms spread wide "Where is my joyful husband!"

I hear a sore groan, I open my eyes and see Narancia lying on the couch with blood dripping down his forehead.

I drop everything and run to his side. I take his hand and ask "What on earth happened? Do I need to call someone?"

Narancia smiles when he sees it's me, he gives me a big grin and says "I accidently dropped a glass on my head- ah!" He holds his head feeling the pain surge.

I sigh in relief and say "You had me worried it was something work serious, like someone was trying to kill you."

I remove his hand from his head and says "Well... It doesn't look to bad, let me get the first aid kit".

I kiss his cheek and sprint off into our bathroom.

《Narancia's POV》
I lay there staring at the ceiling, I reach up and think, It stopped hurting...

I poke the cut and yelp, frantically moving on the couch in pain.

My wife sprints back and plops the first aid kit on the floor, she says "Well, I got plasters, bandages, and a bunch of other shit, but you might only need a plaster so let's go!"

She peels off the sticky back protector of a big plaster and puts it on my forehead.

I wince and shuffle a bit once she is done.

Y/n asks "Are you alright now?" I nod and smile looking at her, she's always there for me, even for something so little.

She sighs and says "I ran into your friend Abbaccio today, he wasn't nice at all like usual. He says he doesn't understand why you would settle for me all because I waved at him politely..."

I say softly "Don't worry, he isn't nice to new people, I think he will warm up and so will the others".

She replies "I hope so, I don't want to get invited to visit your friends and they don't like me. That would be so awkward and embarrassing".

I reach for her, she takes my hand. I reply "Don't care what they think babe", she smiles and caresses my cheek, she replies "You're right. If anything I should be more concerned about my husband".

She kisses my lips, once she pulls away, Y/n says "Let's get you to bed it's the end of the day".

Y/n tucks me in bed and asks "Do you want anything? A drink? Food?"

I reply "You", she giggles and says laying down next to me, "You want my company?" I nod and say "Yeah..." I take her head in mine as we stare deep into eachothers eyes.

I say "I love you so much" she replies resting her head against my chest softly "I love you too... Don't go hurting yourself like that again, you scared me".

I watch as sleep overtakes her body, I may not be too bright but I would protect her no matter what.
