Yoshikage Kira, if it wasn't obvious Kira means 'killer'. Kira is a humble man who wants nothing but to live peacefully, however he cannot do that with his disembodied girlfriend for a woman keeps bothering him.

Y/n tugs gently at Kira's sleeve, Kira who was about to go home down the road sighs and puts on a smile, he asks while masking his annoyance "Yes
Y/n?"

She says softly "Want to go somewhere to eat this afternoon?" The blonde shakes his head and refuses, Y/n asks curiously "Why do you always deny me?"

Kira turns to her and stares down, he says bluntly "I have a girlfriend, don't touch me with those hands of yours.." usually a cold glare would make people back off but not for Y/n, the only thing that made her let go was the words 'I have a girlfriend'.

Y/n walks away quietly and Kira's shoulders relax.

He sits at home holding his girlfriend's hand and caresses her fingers with his, he blushes and says happily "So smooth.. Soft... Beautiful...."

Kira pulls the hand up to kiss its knuckles for his pleasure until his door bell rings, he squeezes the hand a little and hides it in his suit.

A shadow crosses his face when he sees Y/n at his door, he rests his back on the door hoping she will leave and taps his foot on the ground impaitently when Kira finds she doesn't.

Y/n rings the doorbell again and he let's out a small grumble.

He opens the door and looks down on Y/n, she speaks; "I got you some fried bread" the scent fills his nose from the tin foiled gold, he refuses the gift.

Y/n nudges it gently against his chest and says "Take it, share it with your girlfriend" Kira reluctantly takes it and accidently touches her pinky, he grunts and she stares at him oddly.

Kira shivers and bids Y/n goodbye before closing the door, he puts down the bread and holds his girlfriend, he says worriedly "My dear.. I did not mean to touch her, forgive me" He kisses the hand's fingers one by one.

After a few days the hand he sleeps beside, cleans and grooms eventually becomes grey, Kira sighs in sadness and says "My.. Is our relationship almost over already? You were so good to me".

Needless to say he dumps the decaying hand and walks through town looking for his next victim.

Y/n notices her love walking into the Cafe she sits in. She immediately stands up and says happily "Kira.."

The blonde spots her and becomes tense, she walks up to him and he slowly backs away in unease.

Y/n says amused with her thumb to her lips "I heard you're single..." Kira avoids physical contact with her like she is a disease but that fades away when she takes his hands in hers, he gulps in shock.

She pulls him to her chair and sits opposite him. Kira stares at his hands in hers and shudders.

Y/n asks curiously "Will you be mine?" She rubs her thumbs gently over his hands and he blushes deeply, immediately removing his hands from hers he says "No".

She stands up from the table and says unhappily "Fine", he blurts "Wait-!" Y/n stops moving and stares at him with interest.

Kira mutters embarrassed "I like your hands.. I want to keep you so they can keep touching me for years to come...."

Y/n smiles warmly, it's odd seeing as these two people aren't exactly normal.. Most people would leave after hearing someone say something like that but not her, not her at all.

She doesn't hesitate to walk over to him and take him by his tie, she kisses his lips and he gradually accepts it.

In the end the truth is they both got what they wanted, and this weird couple turns out to last a very, very, very, very long time.
