Dean opens Ted's drawer and pulls him out. Sam pulls back the sheet and starts feeling Ted's head. Dean and Elena searches his hands. Sam finds two holes just behind Ted's ears.
"Hey, I think I found something." Sam Says
"What do you got?" Elena Asks
"Right here. Uh, give me a hand." Sam Says
He grabs a long Q-tip from a table and sticks it far into the hole.
"This hole goes all the way through to his brain." Sam Says
"What does that mean?" Dean Asks
Sam Spots a Bone Saw, Elena follows his eyes
"Let's find out." Sam Says
"Seriously?" Dean Says
"Your split a guys head open" Elena Says
"You might want to keep watch." Sam Says
Elena backs off.
HALLWAY
Elena stands outside the morgue doors, keeping watch. She hears the bone saw start up, and She frowns in disgust.
MORGUE
Sam takes the top of Ted's head off, removing his brain. His brain is a small, hard, black thing. Dean tries his best not to gag.
HALLWAY
Elena hears a door open and looks down the hall. She goes back into the morgue.
MORGUE
"Dudes" Elena Says
"Look, his brain's been sucked dry." Sam Says
"That's fascinating. Somebody's coming." Elena Says Then Sam and Dean hurry to clean up.
HALLWAY
The Happy Nurse walks down the hallway.
MORGUE
Sam puts Ted's brain back in his head.
HALLWAY
The Nurse gets closer to the morgue.
MORGUE
Sam puts the top of Ted's head back on. The Happy Nurse approaches the morgue doors.
Dean rolls Ted back into his drawer. Sam removes his bloody gloves and throws them in the trashcan just as Nurse walks in.
"What are you guys doing in here?" She Asks
Sam, Dean and Elena exchange looks, they are unable to think of something. Dean shrugs, pulls down his pants, and throws his arms over his head.
"Pudding!" Dean Says
