First day at school

Y/n POV:

We get home and by the time we got there we were all bruised up. "What happened!?" Mom asked with worry "I uh..fell?" I said hoping she'd buy it "I walked into a pole" Dre said without looking at mom and he headed towards his room I grabbed an ice pack and bandaid then headed to his room. I placed the ice pack on his eye and Dre relaxed  he then said he could hold the ice pack himself so I let go and put a band aid on my lower lip. "Damn that cheng guy is strong" said Dre "I guess" I replied obviously not giving a damn. "But you, you got punched in the mouth and took it as if it was nothing" he said while pointing at me I laughed a bit "because it was nothing..I barely felt it" I laughed it off and laid on his bed while he laid with me "we start school here tomorrow huh?" I said sadly "guess so.. what if I get a class with that guy?" He asked as he shivered, I laughed "I doubt it" I replied sighing "man I miss Detroit a bit" I admitted "so do I" Dre said. I looked at the time 6:34 "I'm gonna shower" I said while getting up "don't take too long I'm gonna shower as well!" Dre practically said while shouting "yea yea whatever" I said while grabbing a towel.

TIME SKIP😋

Dre's POV:
After we both showers we went into the kitchen and ate something before we went to bed y/n headed to sleep earlier because she does a bunch of cardio in the morning I laid in bed wondering if it would be better if I were still in Detroit, oh how much I miss my old home, my neighbors, my friends, my school. I miss a lot of things but then again we can start new here sure I've made a few enemy's but there is still so much to look up to like that girl I met at the park she was really nice and super pretty I hope I meet her again. I looked at the clock 10:49 I should head to sleep now I have to wake up early too because the principal wants to give us a tour of the place before school which didn't make a whole lot of sense but it's whatever.

*THE NEXT MORNING*

Y/n POV:

When I woke up my lip hurt a bit like if it was irritated but I shrugged it off and did my workout and ran 3 miles the town was beautiful. when I was done with that I head to the bathroom to take a shower because I was sweaty. When I was done I saw the uniform on my bed "what strange colors" I said to myself, fully orange with green and blue stripes on the collar and sleeves, with a blue skirt "oh uh what if I don't wear this? You know" I told mom "wear it, it's your first day" mom argued back "fine I'll wear it" I slip on the shirt I sorta liked it, it was Comfy and a bit oversized. I stared at the skirt. I grabbed some shorts and put them on under the skirt. I brushed my hair and looked at myself in the mirror "first day, rule one don't fuck up" I said to myself in Chinese as I walked out of my room "wow y/n wearing a skirt?" Dre teased "yes y/n wearing a skirt" I said back "you look good y/n" mom complemented me "thanks but don't you think my thighs are a bit too visible?" I asked "not really I mean if you pull them up then yes" mom said "my thighs look good in them sorta" I mumbled to myself you can see the muscle I've gained by working out. I sat down and ate something just as we were getting ready to leave Dre went to the bathroom and came out with a hat "oh" I said to myself as we walked out of the house . We were walking to school and by the time we got there we were greeted with some nice lady "hello ms.Parker" they shook hands "I'm sorry but we do not allow hats" mom immediately took the hat off Dre and he was wearing...makeup? "Oh lord" I sighed "is this makeup? You have a black eye!" She worriedly said "did you get into a fight!?" She just finished her sentence when the lady said "fighting is not tolerated" mom looked at her and said " he ran into a pole" she pulled him aside and the started talking. Damnit why did y'all just turn like that now the women is starting at me. "Do you speak Chinese?" She randomly asked. "Yes ma'am" i replied "ahh so you'll fit right in". I forced myself to laugh a bit. I turned to see the school that's when I saw..cheng we made eye contact I wanted to maintain it so it shows that I'm not weak but he smirked and I turned pretty quickly I felt my face get warm. He was wearing some greyish polo shirt and dark blue jeans. I wondered why everyone wasn't wearing a uniform. "Ma'am how come no one is wearing their uniform?" I asked her "oh because we only wear uniforms when it's a uniform day I believe I sent an email to your mom saying that" I kept a smile on my face and said "oh". When mom was done with Dre she told him to get to class "I love you guys" she slightly yelled. "I love you too" I said back "mom!" Dre said "I said I love you" she repeated " i love you too" he mumbled and we headed to class he was a door on the right I was on the left. When I entered the class the teacher immediately greeted me "ahh y/n it's so great to meet you would you like to introduce yourself?" She asked me "ah sure" i replied "hello my name is y/n and I hope we could all be great friends in the future" I said and bowed
"Thank you y/n you may sit next to cheng". I paused. Cheng? Don't tell me HE'S in this class. I looked up to see HIM raising his hand while smirking. "Oh god" I sighed while walking there.
