|Armour's|
"Ali! I need them! Hurry up!" The boy shouted over his shoulder and the girl who had hair that shone brightly gold in the sun, she ran over.
"Sorry! I'm sorry." She handed it to him and he managed to swiftly pull the sword out of the fire and started to hammer it into shape. "Sorry, I lost track of time." She murmured and he looked at her, before he stuck the metal back into the fire.
"It isn't your fault, I know that. You are just trying to help us both out, but the one thing that won't help us out at all... is if you are constantly late and losing track of things." He moved his arms open and she leaned against his shoulder in a hug. "Ali, I can't keep covering this up if you can't get here on time--"
"ALYSHA!" The boy looked up and Alysha sighed quietly at the sound of their Master's voice.
"Thanks Gendry." Alysha murmured quietly to him as she released him out of the hug and she looked down at her hands which were both trembling out of fear.
"ALYSHA!" Their Master shouted again and Alysha squeezed his hand in silence.
"Go on." Gendry encouraged, gently nudging Alysha with his shoulder to the back, where Alysha knew an all too familiar face waited.
Alysha nodded slightly and she walked into the back of the armory and she looked down at the necklace that had the Targaryen symbol of three dragons on it. Alysha tucked it into her shirt swiftly and she walked into the back of the shop. "Master." It was a timid tone that she adopted to her voice and he sighed, looking up and over at her with a shake of his head.
"You will be helping Gendry from now on unless I say so. You will take breaks when he does. If you cannot find time to be here, then I shall just have to find you another job, a place far away from here." He said and Alysha nodded swiftly.
"I understand." She said softly and Alysha walked back out to where the actual forge action was.
"You all right?" Gendry asked and Alysha nodded, as she looked around carefully and Gendry moved over and he stood to block the view from the front, as Alysha nodded slightly. "You want to do your thing?" He asked and she looked at the burning coals in the bottom of the fire and she shook her head softly.
"Not today, Gen." She murmured quietly and he nodded slightly at her in understanding, as he rejoined her at the forge and she started grabbing various tools that he needed for the swords and for various other projects.
"Hey, I made something for you. It's over there." Gendry said as he looked over to the corner and Alysha raised a eyebrow. "Well, go on. I didn't make it just so you could raise your eyebrows and question me on why I did it." He pointed out, and Alysha put the tools down next to him on the smithing table before she walked hesitantly over to it. "Under the chair." Gendry said and Alysha squatted down as she reached under the table and she pulled out something that clanked quietly together.
Alysha laughed in shock and surprise when she realized that she's holding a light chain mail shirt. "Gendry, when in seven hells, did you ever have time to do this?" She asked him and he just simply shrugged at her.
"I had to make up time when you weren't here. Besides, I know how bad it can get out there. You need some form of protection and we are both able to make our own. So, go ahead. It should be able to fit under your shirt." He said and she smiled a bit. "I'll turn around." Gendry did as he said, since he knew what the smile meant as he started hammering at the sword again.
Alysha managed to swiftly slip the chain mail shirt over her head and she quietly pulled her own tunic back on over it. "Thanks Gen." She said and he smiled a little, as she walked back to stand next to him as her arms went around him in a hug from behind and he smiled.
"I feel better now, knowing that you can go out on the streets and not get robbed as easily." He said quietly and she leaned against his side briefly and she looked at the steel, which was just ready to come out, and he once again pulled the sword out of the flames.
"Let me take over the hammering for a bit." Alysha offers her hand open to him and Gendry gave the hammer to her, as he got to work on another one of his projects, and Alysha started to hammer out the sword blade as neither of them saw their Master smiling at them from the shadow of the doorway, since they worked as a team so well.
