Hawk's POV
"What's the plan?" Hawks turns to ask Dabi, hoping if anyone had a plan it would be him.
There was a reason why Shigaraki was the leader, he always seemed to have a plan. It was always a plan that involved at least one person getting hurt, but it was always a better plan than when anyone else in the group made a plan. Dabi always acted like he didn't care if he got hurt, and Toga and Hawks always had something to say about that. Twice sometimes did have a great plan, but then halfway through it, his counter personality always cut him off.
The League, all except Shigaraki, had arrived a few blocks away from the hospital in a back alley. Dabi was a frantic mess, and it sure didn't help keep Toga or Twice in control. Hawks was hoping that Dabi might take control, but it looks like he wasn't in the best position to do it. Hawks really wasn't either, seeing as he was never the leader type. Both Touya and Rumi were always the leader, and always had a plan, so it was very rare that Hawks ever took control. But seeing as frantic as Dabi is, he's going to have to be the one.
"Toga, I need you to try to get a nurse or doctor's blood. It will be a lot easier to disguise you so the news doesn't recognize you, and you can get into the hospital and help people out. Compress, the most critical patients I need you to capture in your marbles and get them out towards muster point. You can deactivate your quirk without being up close, right?" He nods, as Hawks continues, "Dabi, Twice. I need you guys closer to the west side of the hospital, the Pediatric unit is on that side. Try to find Natsuo as fast as you can and help him out. The closer you are to the east, the more heroes and people will be there. Try to get as many people out before the heroes start spreading to that side. Spinner, the best option for you is to stay here for backup. Sorry, but out of everyone, you're the most recognizable one. I'm sure we'll need you later though, especially with your climbing ability." Spinner also agrees. "Since I'm still considered an Ex hero, I can be in front of the people and no one will question it. I'll help the heroes with the top floor on the east side where the plane crashed. Any questions?"
The League doesn't argue, instead, they split apart and go to their assigned jobs. Toga smiles up at Hawks, "See, I always told you you can be a leader." Hawks gently smiles down at her, ruffling her hair.

Natsuo's POV"Code Green, I repeat, Code Green. All who can help, evacuate the patients to the planned muster point. I repeat, Code green."
Natsuo was confused, sirens blaring and people screaming, covering their mouths to muffle the smoke entering their lungs. Natsuo looks around, watching as some of the nurses entered the rooms closer to the nursing desk, while others gave up and started exiting the Unit. Natsuo feels his heart race, blood pumping through his veins coldly. For normal people, their blood would run hot, but seeing his cold constitution, it felt like frostbite. Natsuo takes a few deep breaths, trying to clear his head of panic. As soon as his heartbeat drops, he races towards the end of the unit, trying to get the kids out as fast as he can. He starts with the last four rooms from the end, unplugging IV lines and ushering the children out with their parents and siblings. He was fortunate enough that he grabbed a few IV flushes from one of the rooms, saline locking the children so they don't have to drag an IV pole. It wasn't the ideal situation, but seeing how evacuating was more important than any medication being pumped through, was the best decision.
When Natsuo gets to the second last room, right before Saki and her roommate's room, Natsuo is once again knocked to the ground from the building shaking. Fear once again numbs Natsuo to his core, his mind clouding over as panic sets in. He hears the two girls scream, as he quickly saline locks the little boy's IV in his room, grabbing him to rush him down the hall, throwing him into Lera's open arms, "Get him out of here, I'll grab Saki and the other one. Don't come back, just start gathering people up."
