Natsuo's POV

No one knew what to say other than Touya yelling out what the hell was that. Everyone else was too stunned at their leader's reaction. Judging by their reactions no one has ever seen him freak out like that before, and that just rose even more questions.

The girl, Hana, grabs onto Natsuo, burying her head into his chest, "How did he know my name?" she whimpers, "I just want my brother back."

That question was what Natsuo wanted to know as well. No one at the hospital was ever able to figure out even her first name, and the fact that Shigaraki knew right away was enough to raise even more complicated questions. One thing he did know, Shigaraki knows this little girl and her appearance was horrifying to him. Natsuo has never seen such a horrific expression on anyone's face. It was like he was looking at a ghost.

"I don't know, sweetie. But I'll try to figure it out."

Natsuo later tucks her into bed once the league was settled down. Compress and Dabi was having a quiet conversation between themselves and Toga and Hawks were having their own. Natsuo had observed Toga's appearance and she has changed in the past few months. She looked like a little Dabi with her dark clothes and multiple sets of silver jewelry.

Natsuo exits the room, looking around him to make sure no one was present. Coming in front of the leader's room, Natsuo knocks. He doesn't hear a reply, so he speaks out, "It's me, you okay?" Still no reply. "Can I come in?" Still nothing.

Without gaining permission, Natsuo opens the door to see a distraught, huddled-up villain on his bed. The room was dark except for the light coming from the computer screen. Natsuo notes the stuffed animals and figurines on the shelves along with books that seemed to be fantasy ones. It looked more like a teenager's room than anything which was quite a shock more than anything. Natsuo doesn't know what he expected to walk in on, but it sure wasn't this.

Natsuo closes the door behind him but doesn't move from his spot. He's already treading on thin ice by entering the villain's room without permission and honestly, he was almost certain he'd be killed when he walked through the door. Natsuo wasn't quite sure what had startled the villain, but he's trying his best to figure it out. The girl had said earlier in the morning that she knew someone with the same mole on his chin, but her description of her brother was dark hair dark eyes and he was younger than her. At first, he was thinking that they were somehow related, but unless Shigaraki had dyed his hair and had red contacts, the only thing that had matched was their mole. However, maybe they were cousins? But why was the villain so mortified to see her?

"You scared her," Natsuo says gently, not trying to show any sign of anger. Of course, he was angry, the villain did destroy her mask and made her cry. However, no one would stare at a little girl who looked normal and freak out. "What happened?"

"Where did you find her?" the villain asks almost too lowly for him to catch it.

Natsuo sighs, "I told you before, she came from the Commission with multiple lacerations on her body and that's all we know. By the looks of it, she's sevenish, but I didn't even know her name until you said it. I'm not lying."

The villain goes quiet again and Natsuo isn't certain how to continue the conversation without upsetting the villain. He was like a scared child or a wounded animal, and with one wrong move, the villain would lash out and pull away.

"Is she a relative? Like a cousin?"

The villain shakes his head, "She's supposed to be dead."

Dead? Well as they can both see, she's alive and well. Maybe something had happened and the Commission ended up taking her and told everyone she was dead. Was this another Touya thing where Shigaraki or even Hana ran away from their family and changed their identity? What was the reason, and why does he think she's supposed to be dead?
